Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.繊維強化プラスチック製品を製造するための補強材料である繊維糸を切断装 置から金型内に圧縮空気を用いて移送するためのエジェクターノズルであって、 該ノズルが、圧縮空気と繊維糸との共通流路管を具備した前記エジェクターノズ ルにおいて、前記流路管が、少なくとも1面の空気流れ用の反射面(15)を通り、 空気を周囲に減圧排気するための少なくとも1個の開口(16)が、前記流路管に沿 って設けられていることを特徴とするエジェクターノズル。 2.前記反射面(15)が、流れ方向に先細になる断面を有し、第1の管部分(12)と 第1の管部分より口径の小さい第2の管部分(13)との間に延在していることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル。 3.前記反射面(15)が、前記2つの管部分(12,13)と共に、1個のダンパー装置 を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のノズル。 4.前記ダンパー装置を複数個可変自在に直列配列したことを特徴とする請求項 3に記載のノズル。 5.前記第2の管部分が、次のダンパー装置(11)用のブラケット手段(14)を具備 していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のノズル。 6.前記ブラケット手段(14)が、外被面から半径方向に突起する複数のウイング からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のノズル。 7.前記ブラケット手段(14)が、次のダンパー装置(11)の第1の管部分と協働す ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のノズル。 8.前記反射面(15)が、円錐状に先細であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の ノズル。
