Description: Shielding plate The present invention relates to a shielding plate as defined in the preamble of the independent claim. In the prior art, a slab-shaped shielding material in which corrugated and flat paper sheets are alternately stacked is known from Finnish Patent No. 33,675. The problem with this type of shield is how it can be tightly joined to the wall between the vertical columns. Another problem is that air passages remaining between the corrugated and flat paper sheets cause air to flow through the passages and reduce the insulation. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to introduce a novel shielding plate which is excellent in heat insulation, fire resistance and sound insulation and is made of a certain kind of organic pulp, especially wood fiber pulp. The shielding plate according to the invention is characterized by the novel features described in the characterizing part of claim 1. An advantage of the present invention is that the shielding plate has moisture resistance, air permeability, and excellent heat insulation. This type of shielding plate is particularly suitable for use in thermal insulation of wooden buildings, since the plate is formed of wooden fibers as described above. Another advantage of the present invention is that the shield is formed of several porous wood fiber material layers, which layers are advantageously joined together without the use of any inherent adhesive. If an adhesive is used, it is advantageous to use ordinary commercially available wood adhesives. Yet another advantage of the present invention is that the layers of wood fiber material together form a uniform shield without forming any open air holes between them. Yet another advantage of the present invention is that the shield is porous, flexible, and easy to handle. For example, it can be quickly and tightly installed as a fixed size shield between vertical columns of a wall. The present invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shielding plate according to the present invention. FIG. 2 shows an AA cross section of the shielding plate of FIG. FIG. 3 shows another suitable AA section of the shielding plate of FIG. FIG. 4 shows a third suitable AA section of the shielding plate of FIG. FIG. 5 shows a fourth suitable AA (partial) cross section of the shielding plate of FIG. FIG. 6 shows a BB cross section of the shielding plate of FIG. The shielding plate 1 includes a number of overlapping shielding plate layers 2. The shield plate layer 2 is formed of some kind of porous organic pulp and may contain flame retardants, corrosion inhibitors and other agents commonly used in organic shields. Said material may be a heated fiberized pulp made from pine trees called high bulk pulp having a fiber length in the range of 1.0-5.0 mm, most preferably 2.5-4.0 mm. It is advantageous. The thickness e of the shielding plate layer 2 is, for example, 2 to 15 mm. In the shielding plate layer 2, the fibers are uniformly dispersed and are randomly oriented in different directions. The shielding plate 1 is formed by stacking, for example, 10 to 50 shielding plate layers 2, and in this case, the thickness k of the shielding plate is, for example, 25 to 150 mm. The width 1 and the length p of the shielding plate 1 are about 1 = 500-900 mm and p = about 1,000-1500 mm, but other dimensions are also possible. The heat insulation performance of the shielding plate 1 is advantageously about 0,025-0,035 W / mK °. The bulk density of the shielding plate 1 is about 25 kg / m 3 . The border 3 of the shielding plate 1 is formed by uniform shielding layers 4; 5; 6 arranged in a plane perpendicular to the shielding plate layer 2, this shielding layer being made of the same organic pulp. You. The shielding plate 1 is advantageously manufactured in the following manner. In a wooden fiber pulp such as a high bulk pulp, a suitable flame retardant such as borax and a suitable corrosion inhibitor and a mildew inhibitor are already mixed in a manufacturing process. As described above, the shielding plate layer 2 is obtained by compressing wooden fiber pulp into a porous thin plate having a thickness in the range of several millimeters. Thereafter, the shielding plate 1 is formed by laminating a number of shielding plate layers 2 on one another, compressing the sheets together and cutting them simultaneously to a predetermined width and length. Between the shield layers, a preliminary adhesive point 7 can be provided, for example, at a spaced-apart point, in which some adhesive, preferably wood adhesive, is used to ensure the gripping of the layer. Is applied (FIGS. 5 and 6). The border 3 of the shield 1 is provided by a water spray or a water-adhesive spray which breaks down the wood fiber pulp to release at least a part of the lignin contained therein, which may be a suitable spray such as water and wood glue. Which is an aqueous adhesive mixture prepared with harmless adhesives). Depending on the viewpoint, it can be said that the boundary portion 3 is dissolved by the effect of water. Upon drying, the wet wood fiber pulp forms a uniform fiber pulp layer while simultaneously bonding the shield layers 2 together. At the boundary 3, a uniform boundary shielding layer 4 (FIG. 2) is formed around the shielding plate 1 in a direction transverse to the surfaces of the shielding plate 1 and the shielding plate layer 2. As a variant of this, at the edge of the overlapping shielding plate layer 2, the shielding plate pieces 5, 6 are at right angles to the shielding plate layer, most advantageously suitable water, so as to function as a boundary shielding layer. Adhered with a harmless adhesive on the base, the shield pieces allow the shield layer 2 to be mainly interconnected as a uniform shield (FIGS. 3 and 4). In width, the shielding plate piece 5 corresponds to the thickness of the shielding plate 2 (FIG. 3), or the shielding plate piece 6 is wider than the thickness k of the shielding plate 1 (FIG. 4). In the latter case, the edges 6a, 6b of the shielding plate pieces are folded, attached, and adhered to, for example, the upper and lower surfaces of the shielding plate 1.
