【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 湯水混合栓本体を壁面部に設置して、給
湯配管および給水配管からそれぞれ供給される湯および
水を、湯水混合栓本体の湯導入口および水導入口から、
湯水の混合室に連通する湯室および水室に導くための湯
水混合栓における取付機構において、ストレーナ付き逆
止弁および流量調整栓を一体に具備してなり、一端が給
湯配管および給水配管にそれぞれ螺着された状態で、か
つ、他端が前記壁面部に形成された取付用開口に挿通・
固定された状態で、湯水混合栓本体に取り付けられる配
管取出し金具と、湯水混合栓本体の湯導入口および水導
入口のねじ連結部に螺着されて湯室および水室にそれぞ
れ連通する湯の導入路および水の導入路を形成する貫通
孔を有するとともに、前記配管取出し金具の前記他端に
ナットを介して連結される湯導入部材および水導入部材
とを備え、更に、前記配管取出し金具の前記一端におけ
る筒状給湯路形成部分および筒状給水路形成部分に、給
湯配管および給水配管の雌ねじ連結部にそれぞれ螺着さ
れる雄ねじ体を、抜け止め状態で回転自在に設ける一
方、前記湯導入部材の前記貫通孔に嵌め込まれ、よっ
て、給湯配管から前記配管取出し金具を介して前記湯の
導入路を通過する湯による前記湯導入部材およびナット
への熱伝導を阻止しうる断熱機能を有する材料からなる
嵌込リング部材を有し、しかも前記配管取出し金具を前
記壁面部に固定するよう配管取出し金具の前記他端を湯
水混合栓本体側から被覆する断熱機能を有する材料から
なるカバー体を設けてあることを特徴とする湯水混合栓
における取付機構。
