Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a filter by locating the it at a low place and substantially eliminate the cleaning of a honeycomb which is located at a high place which is difficult to clean by locating the filter and thereby preventing the contamination of the honeycomb. SOLUTION: Air pressurized by an air blasting fan 12 in a duct 9 is cooled through a cooler 15 and then the cooled air is allowed to flow from honeycombs 16a, 16b facing downwards which are located at a front upper edge to an inlet port located at a front lower edge to form air curtains 5, 6. The air blasting fan 12 is installed in the duct 9 below a bottom wall of a display space in an open showcase and a filter 13 is removably located at the upper stream side of the air blasting fan and between the air blasting fan and the air curtain inlet port.

2. Description of the Related Art An air curtain is formed by cooling air pressurized by a blower fan in a duct through a cooler and flowing the cooled air from a downward-facing honeycomb on the front upper edge to a suction port on the lower edge of the front. In the conventional open showcase, the air filtration mechanism is not provided, so dust will adhere to the inner surface of the honeycomb air passage due to long-term use, and the effective cross-sectional area of the honeycomb air passage will decrease. It became impossible to produce an effective air curtain, and the honeycomb had to be cleaned. However, cleaning the honeycomb requires a lot of labor, time and skill, and furthermore, it is impossible to use an open showcase during the cleaning, so that a cumbersome operation such as moving an exhibit is required.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The open showcase 1 shown in FIG. 1 is open (opened) to the side of a passage 2 through which a customer passes, and exhibits fresh food, such as fresh fish and fresh vegetables, in an internal exhibition space 3. A multi-stage shelf 4 is provided, and the passage 2 is partitioned by inner and outer air curtains 5 and 6 to be described later. In the duct 9 below the deck pan (bottom wall) 8 at the lower end of the exhibition space 3, there is provided an upwardly inclined partition plate 11 having a hole 10, and the hole 10 has a blower fan 12 and an upstream side thereof ( The upper filter 13 is mounted. Blower fan 1
2 (right side in FIG. 1), an inner duct 9a having a large effective area and an outer duct 9b having a small effective area extend rearward, bend upward from a rear end, and pass through a common cooler 15 to extend upward. , And bend forward (to the left in FIG. 1) from the upper end to reach the inner honeycomb 16a and the outer honeycomb 16b, respectively. Each honeycomb 16a, 16b (rectifier) is an elongated honeycomb-shaped member having a large number of narrow passages directed downward and extending in a direction perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 1, and forms a laminar flow together with the bottom plane of FIG. Slender inner layer suction port 17a extending in the right angle direction
Flows into the outer layer suction port 17b in the direction of the arrow, and forms the inner and outer air curtains 5, 6. Cooler 15
Evaporates (gasifies) the refrigerant liquid and removes heat from the air rising through the ducts 9a and 9b. Reference numeral 18 in FIG. 1 denotes an adjustable height wire rack on which a deck pan 8 is supported.

In FIG. 2 in which a part of FIG. 1 is enlarged, the partition plate 11 has a rear wall 7 (FIG. 1) and a bottom wall 21 whose peripheral portion forms the duct 9 so as to cover the entire cross section of the duct 9. And side wall 2
2 and is inclined upward to the right to secure a circular hole 10 having a large area. A hat-shaped filter 13 is fitted from above into a low tubular portion 23 that rises upward from the periphery of the hole 10. The filter 13 is composed of a peripheral aluminum edge plate 24 and a nonwoven fabric 14 of fine resin adhered to the upper surface of the edge plate 24.
The inner peripheral edge of “a” is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 23, and the strip-shaped magnet 25 is adhered to the lower surface of the outer peripheral plate portion 24 b so as to be attracted to the partition plate 11. The filter 13 can be positioned by fitting the tubular portion 24a to the tubular portion 23. However, by attaching the belt-like magnet 25 to the entire lower surface of the plate-like portion 24b, the fan 12 can be positioned without passing through the filter 13. It is possible to eliminate the air that is bypassed.
Instead of the strip magnet 25, a strip packing (not shown) may be bonded. Even if several magnets are used instead of the band-shaped magnet 25, air bypass may not occur. Numeral 29 denotes, for example, three integral support plates fixed to the lower surface of the partition plate 11, and a drive motor 30 for the blower fan 12 is attached to the upper center thereof. In the exhibition space 3,
It is configured such that cool air is supplied from a cooler (not shown).

When the blower fan 12 is driven in FIG. 1, the air in the duct 9 is pumped in the direction of the arrow (rearward) while being filtered through the filter 13, and is bent upward at the rear end and rises. After cooling, the inner honeycomb 16a and the outer honeycomb 16b are bent forward at the upper end (to the left in FIG. 1) and flow down in a laminar flow through the inner honeycomb 16a and the outer honeycomb 16b.
7a, the air curtain 5, which is sucked into the outer layer suction port 17b,
6 is formed, enters the duct 9, and subsequently is pressed through the filter 13 in the direction of the arrow by the blower fan 12,
Circulate. When replacing the filter 13, remove the product on the deck pan 8, lift the deck pan 8 from the front side (left side in FIG. 1), open the filter 13, take out the filter 13, attach a new filter 13, and then lower the deck pan 8. Return the product on it. Since the filter 13 can be replaced in a short time, there is no need to temporarily stop the blower fan 12.

In FIG. 3, the blower fan 12 has a horizontal rotating shaft, and the partition tube 2 supporting the blower fan 12.
A plate-like filter 26 is attached to the front end face of No. 5 (the right end face in FIG. 3) with a magnet. As shown in FIG. 4, the filter 26 has a square aluminum frame 27, a cross support 28 integrated therewith, and the nonwoven fabric 2 bonded to the frame 27 and the support 28.
The magnet band 30 is fixed to the rear surface of the frame 27. The filter 26 can be installed from the common suction port 17, so that it is not necessary to move the deck pan 8 when exchanging the filter, and of course, it is not necessary to move the goods on the deck pan, so that the exchanging operation is further simplified.

FIG. 5 shows a structure in which a filter 31 is placed over the suction port 17. In this case, the degree of contamination of the filter 31 can be checked at a glance, and there is an advantage that the replacement time is not missed. In any of the above cases, filters having various structures can be employed. For example, instead of the circular hat-shaped filter 13 shown in FIG. 2, a structure in which a plurality of rectangular hat-shaped filters covering the entire cross section of the duct 9 on the upstream side of the fan 12 may be adopted.

As described above, according to the present invention,
The positions of the filters 13, 26, 31 are lowered, and the replacement operation becomes extremely easy. And filters 13, 26,
Since the honeycombs 31 are provided, it is possible to prevent the honeycombs 16a and 16b from being stained, and it is possible to omit cleaning of the honeycombs 16a and 16b located at a high position where it is difficult to work.
If the effective cross-sectional area of the inner duct 9a is larger than the effective cross-sectional area of the outer duct 9b, the air volume of the inner air curtain 5 increases, and the effect of preventing dust from entering the passage 2 is improved.
