Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive coupling for connecting a polyvinyl chloride pipe and a ceramic pipe to each other by a pipe bottom connecting method. SOLUTION: A first connecting part 3 to be connected to a polyvinyl chloride pipe 5A is provided on one side of a polyvinyl chloride-made coupling 1, a second connecting part 6 to be connected to a ceramic pipe 2 is provided on the other side, and the coupling 1 provided with a step 11 equal to the deviation (d) between center axes M, N of respective pipes, to be generated when respective pipe bottoms of the pipe 5A and the pipe 2 are matched to the pipe top side between them is constituted. Therefore, polyvinyl chloride pipe and the ceramic pipe can be connected to each other by a pipe bottom joining method only by inserting the pipe 5A and the pipe 2 into the coupling 1.

[0003] On the other hand, a joint is used to connect the sewer pipe, but when this joint is incomplete, a large amount of infiltration water such as groundwater infiltrates into the pipe, resulting in insufficient flow capacity of the pipe and additional processing of the pump. Pipe joints need to be watertight and durable because of the potential for field degradation.

In order to connect the ceramic pipe and the PVC pipe, a compression joint method used to connect the ceramic pipes (a rubber ring or a polyurethane resin packing is fixed to the inner periphery of the socket part of the ceramic pipe, and this socket part PVC pipes, which are based on a semi-standardized dissimilar pipe joining method, which does not use a connection method that pushes another pottery pipe to be inserted and connected with a pusher or the like to improve water stoppage. After applying an adhesive to the surface, sanding it with dry sand, sanding it, and then filling and joining mortar between the ceramic pipe and the sanded PVC pipe. However, there is a problem that such a connection method is a troublesome operation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To achieve the above object, the gist of the present invention is as follows. 1) A PVC joint for connecting a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe by a pipe bottom joining method. Forming a first connection portion connected to the PVC pipe on the side,
A second connecting portion is formed on the other side for connecting to the ceramic tube, and when the bottoms of the PVC tube and the ceramic tube are aligned with the top of the tube between the first and second connecting portions. A PVC pipe using a pipe bottom joining method, characterized in that a step substantially equal to the deviation of each center line between the PVC pipe and the ceramic pipe is formed so as to have a predetermined step amount from the bottom of the pipe to the top of the pipe.・ In the joint for ceramic tube connection,
2) In a PVC joint for connecting a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe by a pipe bottom joining method, a connection part for connecting to the PVC pipe is formed on one side of the joint, and a socket part of the ceramic pipe is formed on the other side. A contact portion that contacts the stopper is formed, a ring portion is formed between the connection portion and the contact portion, and the pipe bottoms of the PVC pipe and the ceramic pipe are formed on the top of the ring section. Forming a step substantially equal to the deviation of each center line between the PVC pipe and the ceramic pipe, which occurs when the pipes are made to coincide with each other, and interposing a seal material between the socket part and the outer periphery of the joint. And 3) a PVC joint for connecting a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe by a pipe bottom joining method, wherein a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe are connected to one side of the joint. By forming a connecting portion to connect, and by forming a contact portion that contacts the downstream end of the pottery tube on the other side, A ring portion is formed between the connecting portion and the abutting portion, and a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe are formed when the pipe bottoms of the PVC pipe and the ceramic pipe are matched with each other on the pipe top side of the ring section. Forming a step substantially equal to the displacement of each center line of the above, and slidably fitting a single cylindrical coupling extending over the outer periphery of the downstream side of the ceramic tube and the outer periphery of the joint. And 4) a PVC joint for connecting a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe by a pipe bottom joining method, wherein a connecting portion for connecting to the PVC pipe is provided on one side of the joint. At the same time, a receiving port was formed on the other side to abut the downstream end of the pottery pipe, and the pipe bottom of the PVC pipe and the pottery pipe coincided with the pipe top side of the connecting part adjacent to the contact part. A step which is substantially equal to the deviation of the center line between the PVC pipe and the ceramic pipe sometimes occurs, and a gap is formed between the receiving port and the downstream side of the ceramic pipe. 5) PVC pipe / ceramic pipe connection joint using pipe bottom joint method characterized by the use of a pipe material, and 5) PVC pipe connection part of PVC small diameter square or PVC manhole 5. The joint for connecting a PVC pipe and a ceramic pipe according to claim 1.
