This type of spear socket is a type of pipe joint, and is used, for example, in the following cases. That is, Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of a general sewage pipe installation. Sewage or rainwater basins 4, 4 are provided under the shaped side gutters 3, 3, and the main pipe 2 and the basins 4, 4 are connected via attachment pipes 5, 5. This installation pipe 5
is composed of ceramic pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, vinyl chloride pipes, etc., but if the main pipe 2 is a reinforced concrete pipe, attach a ceramic socket and connect the bent pipe 6 from there.
and connect to the tubes 4 and 4 via the straight pipe 7. Furthermore, if the main pipe 2 is a vinyl chloride pipe, a branched pipe 8 must be used as the attached pipe 5.

When a part of the attached pipe 5 is damaged during such pipe installation, only the damaged part is cut off and removed, and replaced with a new synthetic resin pipe. In such a case, since the main pipe 2 and the sewage or rainwater basin 4 are fixed as they are, each end of the existing attached pipe 5 that is being extended is also fixed, so it is necessary to install a new synthetic pipe to intervene. Connection with resin pipes is not easy. Therefore,
A spear socket is used to connect the end of the existing installation pipe 5 to the new pipe.

Since the lengths of the inner and outer tubes are the same, when they are superimposed, they can be constructed into a short length consisting of the total length of the outer tube and the axial length of the funnel-shaped enlarged diameter portion, making it easy to carry into the narrow space to be repaired. Can be done. At this time, a stopper matching the diameter of the fixed pipe, such as the humid pipe, exposed by excavation is fitted into the inner pipe. Therefore, a funnel-shaped enlarged diameter part made of synthetic resin was fitted onto and abutted on the end of a fixed pipe such as a fume pipe, and then the space formed by this funnel-shaped enlarged diameter part and the fixed pipe was filled with mortar. Then slide the downstream side of the outer tube and pull it out.
Insert into the socket of another synthetic resin pipe and backfill.

When the inner and outer tubes are superimposed, it is the shortest length of the spear socket consisting of the entire length of the outer tube and the axial length of the funnel-shaped enlarged diameter part, so it is a spear socket that can be made longer by stretching the inner and outer tubes, yet it can be repaired in a narrow repair space. However, construction can be done easily.

The spear socket of the present invention has a fixed pipe made of a different type of pipe, such as a ceramic pipe, which has a large outer diameter, and is equipped with a funnel-shaped enlarged diameter part that can be filled with mortar around the outer periphery of the large outer diameter. Therefore, this funnel-shaped enlarged diameter part has a large opening with a taper larger than that of the TS joint (for example, in the case of a TS joint,
The diameter of the opening is 166mmφ for a tube diameter of 150mmφ, but in this example, the diameter of the opening is 210mm for a tube diameter of 150mmφ). A stopper that integrates a small enlarged diameter part that joins the base side of the enlarged diameter part,
Since it is installed at the upstream end of the inner pipe, it serves as a dead end for insertion into the fixed pipe and as a dam for mortar filling, making construction work more efficient. As a result, the position of the tube end of the fixed tube in the funnel-shaped expanded diameter portion can be clarified, and the axes can be aligned at the time of insertion.
