2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, two-component adhesives composed of a prepolymer of diisocyanate and polyoxyalkylene polyol and a two-pack type adhesive of an aqueous solution of poval and isocyanate have been used for bonding woody materials and surface decorative materials containing water. I have. However, these adhesives have a high viscosity, and if they are used as they are as surface treatment adhesives, there is no anchoring effect to the MDF, and there is a defect that the adherend is peeled off by tearing the surface layer of the MDF.

In order to prevent this, the prepolymer can be diluted with a solvent and then infiltrated into MDF in advance. However, in this case, evaporation of the solvent is required, which results in loss of energy and resources, and is environmentally friendly. Not preferred.

[0004] In addition, an emulsion type water-based paint is applied to the surface of the MDF to make up, but if it is used, fuzz is noticeable, adhesion is poor, and the surface layer of the MDF peels off. In order to prevent the MDF surface layer from peeling off or to improve the strength, it has been proposed to impregnate the MDF by infiltrating a polymeric isocyanate or crude MDI into the surface layer of the MDF. Requires a long period of time, and in particular, an inert solvent is used because it has a high viscosity and is difficult to penetrate in a combined system with an epoxy resin.

Moreover, at present, the penetration of the polymeric isocyanate or the crude MDI is intended to strengthen the MDF itself, and is not intended to strengthen the decorative layer. Since painting and the like are performed, the adhesion becomes poor with a water-based paint or a water-based adhesive, and the necessity of surface sanding or the like appears, which is not necessarily an industrially advantageous method.

The polyoxyalkylene polyol having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 6,000 refers to polypropylene oxide,
Glycols composed of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, triols to which propylene oxide is added starting from trimethylolpropane, and the like, and refer to polyols having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 6,000. Molecular weight 1
If the molecular weight is less than 000, the reaction product with the isocyanate becomes too hard, and if the molecular weight is more than 6000, the product becomes too soft and the viscosity is too high, so that penetration into MDF becomes poor. Usually, the most preferred is from 2000 to 4000.

(Embodiment of the Invention) Although the embodiment of the present invention has various specifications, it is important that the isocyanate-reactive functional group is not more than equimolar to the isocyanate functional group of the polymeric isocyanate, and is about 0.5 mol or more. A polyoxyalkylene polyol having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 6,000, an alkylene carbonate, and other necessary reactants are blended so that the alkylene carbonate is compatible with the polyalkylene carbonate and has a minimum amount necessary for viscosity control.
This prepared composition is applied to one or both sides of the MDF substrate (2) or one side of the MDF (2a) on the surface of the substrate (2).
Although it is allowed to penetrate, the coating amount is suitably 5 to 20 g / m 2 .
If the amount is too small, the adhesive effect and the reinforcing effect are inferior, and if the amount is too large, the material cost increases accordingly. Then, with the coating and penetrating agent in an uncured state (may be immediately after coating), the hydrated wooden thin veneer (1a) and the decorative thin paper (1b) are placed on the surface to be bonded of the MDF (2a), A mirror-finished hard plate (4a) plated with chrome is applied to the decorative surface (1d) of a thin wooden veneer (1a) or decorative thin paper (1b),
The elastic cushion member (5) is applied to the back surface and pressurized, heated and cured. Pressure is 5~20kgf / cm 2, heating 80
The temperature is preferably about 140 ° C. and the time is about 2 to 20 minutes. In addition, in the case of makeup using a water-based paint, the application / penetration agent is applied to an MDF substrate.
MDF (2) on one or both sides of (2) or on the surface of substrate (2)
a) Applying and penetrating on one side, and then apply a heat-sensitive gel type water-based coating in a state where the coating and penetrating agent is uncured (may be immediately after application), and heat the mixture at 60 to 80 ° C. insert.
Since the heat-sensitive water-based paint gels in a few seconds to a few minutes by the heating, a metal embossing roll (4c) is applied to the decorative surface (1d),
Curing is performed while passing between the rolls (4c) and (5a) such that the urethane rubber roll (5a) hits the back surface. In the case of the decorative thin paper (1b), the decorative thin paper (1b) is continuously converted to the MDF using a laminate machine (not shown) having such a structure.
The curing can be completed while adhering to the surface to be adhered in (2a). Next, the obtained MDF decorative board (A) can be subjected to surface strengthening and beautification as required by a usual coating method. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples, but these are not representative of the present invention.
