One of the means proposed to solve this problem is to increase the size of the cover cap of the blood collection needle or to register the registered utility model publication No. 30172.
No. 73 is to enlarge only the cap opening portion like a trumpet. However, since the capping operation is essentially the operation of bringing the fingertip close to the tip of the blood collection needle, no matter how large the cap may be, the possibility that the hand slips and an accident does not disappear, and the packaging box becomes larger There is also the problem of bulkiness. On the other hand, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-2
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 69174 proposes a dedicated needle removing device for automatically removing the needle without using a cover cap or the like. This device automatically removes screws.
Certainly, the safety is remarkably improved, but the cost of the apparatus is high and the maintenance is burdensome. Although there is a manual screw removal mechanism, the burden of preparing a dedicated device remains unchanged.

The vacuum blood collection holder of the present invention has a structure in which a core sliding on the inner wall surface of the guide frame holds the needle base of the blood collection needle in place. To fix the blood collection needle, the blood collection needle is introduced into the holder sideways through a cutout window in the side wall of the holder while the central axis of the blood collection needle is kept parallel to the central axis of the holder. At this time, when the needle base of the blood collection needle is applied to the movable end of the core and pressed near the center axis of the holder, the movable end closes and the blood collection needle can be fixed to tighten the needle base. The subsequent vacuum blood sampling procedure itself may follow a conventionally known procedure.

First, the mechanism for fixing the blood collection needle will be described. FIG. 12A is a view showing a state in which the movable wings 34 of the core 3 are open, and the needle base 41 of the blood collection needle is just overlapping with the portion 3 to be overlapped.
41 is shown as contacted. When the needle base 41 is pushed into the inside of the guide frame 2 in this state, FIG.
As shown in (b), the guide frame contact portion 34 of the movable wing 34
3 is slid while contacting the inner wall surface 231 of the guide frame 2, and the movable wings 34 are closed. Guide frame contact part 34
When 3 hits the step 232 on the inner wall surface and is pushed further inside, the movable wing 34 is further closed. Then, the guide frame contact portion 343 is further pushed in, and FIG.
As shown in (c), when the stopper 344 of the movable wing reaches the step 234 of the guide frame, the movement of the core 3 stops. In this state, the movable wing 34 is completely closed, and the movable wing 3
The fourth grip portion 342 is connected to the other grip portion 35 (not shown).
2, the needle base 41 of the blood collection needle is fixed to the movable end. In this state, the overlapping portion 341 completely overlaps the other overlapping portion 351 (not shown). At this time, in the case where the blood collection needle is the blood collection needle 4 having the needle base 41 in which the male thread is not cut, the grip portion 3
The blood collection needles 42 and 352 are firmly fixed without slipping off in the axial direction of the blood collection needle because they fit into the reduced diameter portion 41b of the needle base 41, but the blood collection needle 5 shown in FIG. When fixing the needle base 51 having such an external thread, the guide frame contact portion 343 is sufficiently pushed into the inside, and the grip portions 342 and 352 are connected to the male screw portion 5.
Even if the first threaded portion 1b is held in place, the male screw portion 51b has only one flange 51a at one end and has no flange at the other end, so that there is no scratching, and it is impossible to prevent the blood sampling needle 5 from slipping through in the axial direction. Therefore, in this case, the overlapping scheduled portion 34
The needle-base fixing protrusions 345 and 355 are provided on the overlapping portion 351 and the overlapping portion 351 respectively.
When the overlapping portion 351 overlaps, the projection 345
And 355 preferably enter the root of the screw.

In order to collect blood using the holder of the present invention in which the blood collection needle is bent and fixed as described above, the blood vessel piercing side needle tube 42 of the blood collection needle 4 is moved along the blood vessel 6 as shown in FIG. The holder body 1 is held in a hand in an upright state in order to pierce the holder in the upright direction. By taking such a blood-collecting posture, the blood vessel piercing angle (the angle formed between the blood vessel 6 and the blood-collecting needle 4) can be made extremely small regardless of the size of the outer diameter of the holder main body 1. In addition, when the vacuum blood collection tube 7 is inserted into the holder main body 1 after the blood vessel penetration, the insertion direction is inevitably different from the blood vessel penetration direction. With the momentum when penetrating the body, the needle tip is released from the tension to prevent it from being pushed further into the blood vessel. Furthermore, since the vacuum blood collection tube 7 during blood collection is almost in an inverted state, it is very easy to determine whether the inflow of blood is still continuing or has already been finished from the rise in the liquid level.

The structure of the vacuum blood collection holder of the present invention is as described above. When the blood collection needle is removed from the holder after the blood collection, there is no need to move the finger to the needle tip, and the needle stick accident is greatly reduced. And does not require a dedicated device for needle removal. Furthermore, in the case of a vacuum blood collection holder having a roof structure as a guide frame, in addition to the above effects, the blood collection needle can be fixed and the needle tube on the blood vessel piercing side of the blood collection needle can be bent simultaneously. In this condition, the blood sampling needle can be easily and easily inserted into the blood vessel at a low angle, which significantly reduces the psychological tension not only of the blood sampler but also of the blood sampler, and reduces blood sampling accidents such as internal bleeding. At least, it is expected that the spread of vacuum blood collection itself will be further spurred.
