After the puncture needle 4 punctures the skin and enters the blood vessel with the indwelling hose 3, the injection or blood sampling device connected with the rear end of the inner catheter 2 can directly perform the injection or blood sampling operation, or the infusion operation can be performed by being matched with the infusion device after the puncture needle is switched to the indwelling infusion state.
To switch to an indwelling infusion state, the general procedure involves: the wing part 11 is held by one hand, the inner catheter 2 is pulled towards the rear side by one hand, the locking of the inner needle seat 6 and the outer needle seat 5 is released, the inner catheter 2 carries the inner needle seat 6 and the puncture needle 4 to move towards the rear side of the outer sleeve 1 until the radial expansion section 100 of the inner catheter 2 realizes interference locking and fixing at the narrow sleeve section 300 at the rear end of the outer sleeve 1, and the puncture needle 4 is completely withdrawn from the indwelling hose 3 to the inside of the cavity of the outer sleeve 1.
At the moment when the conical platform 61 is separated from the conical hole 51, the flow guide hole 64 is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer sleeve 1, and liquid can flow into the front side section cavity 200 of the outer sleeve 1 from the inner flow cavity 63 and the flow guide hole 64. The cavity of the front side section cavity 200 is gradually enlarged along with the backward movement of the inner conduit 2, and the liquid continuously flows into and fills the cavity from the diversion hole 64. FIG. 5 is a schematic sectional view showing the state of an indwelling infusion. Under the state, the liquid flows through the channel of the inner catheter 2, the inner flow cavity 63, the diversion hole 64, the front section cavity 200 and the indwelling hose 3 and the channel of the inner catheter 2, the inner flow cavity 63, the puncture needle 4, the front section cavity 200 and the indwelling hose 3 simultaneously, so that the flow rate meets the requirement of indwelling transfusion.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged partial view of the rear end portion of the outer sleeve of fig. 5.
Application examples
Fig. 7 is a view showing an object of the telescopic multifunctional puncture-proof indwelling needle having the structure shown in fig. 1, which is provided with a liquid stopping clip at a section of the inner catheter 2 exposed outside the outer catheter 1. The application of the cannula type multifunctional puncture-proof indwelling needle of the invention in transfusion, blood collection and injection will be described below with reference to an entity in fig. 7.
1. Transfusion system
The cannula type multifunctional puncture-proof remaining needle is communicated with an infusion apparatus through a connector 21 at the rear end of the inner catheter 2, and after the exhaust operation is carried out by using the liquid medicine, the wing part 11 is held by hand to carry out the blood vessel puncture. After the blood return in the inner catheter 2 is seen through the transparent outer sleeve 1 and the inner catheter 2, the inner catheter 2 is pulled to enable the puncture needle 4 to slowly withdraw from the indwelling hose 3 until the radial expansion section 100 of the inner catheter 2 is fixed in an interference locking manner at the narrow sleeve section 300 at the rear end of the outer sleeve 1, and meanwhile, the puncture needle 4 is completely withdrawn from the indwelling hose 3 to the inside of the cavity of the outer sleeve 1. The indwelling infusion is then performed by fixing the outer cannula 1 at the wings 11 and the inner catheter 2 adjacent the opening 12 at the rear end of the outer cannula 1 (this is an optional operation, fixing the inner catheter 2 helps to prevent inadvertent operation and thus breaks the locking fixation with the outer cannula 1).
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing the appearance effect of the part attached to the skin in the infusion state.
2. Injection of drugs
The cannula type multifunctional puncture-proof remaining needle is communicated with a syringe through a joint 21 at the rear end of the inner catheter 2, and after the exhaust operation is performed by using the liquid medicine, the blood vessel puncture is performed by holding the wing part 11 by hand. After the blood return in the inner catheter 2 is seen through the transparent outer sleeve 1 and the inner catheter 2, the injection operation can be carried out.
After injection is completed, the liquid stopping clip is closed, the injector is detached, the sleeve type multifunctional puncture-proof remaining needle is connected with the transfusion device after air exhaust through the joint 21, then the liquid stopping clip is opened, and the inner catheter 2 is pulled and fixed according to the description in the step 1 and transfusion, and then the state of remaining transfusion can be switched.
3. Blood sampling
The sleeve type multifunctional puncture-proof remaining needle is communicated with a blood sampling device through a connector 21 at the rear end of the inner catheter 2, the wing part 11 is held by hand to perform blood vessel puncture, and then blood sampling is performed according to conventional operation.
After blood collection is completed, the liquid stopping clamp is closed, the blood collecting device is detached, the cannula type multifunctional puncture-proof remaining needle is connected with the transfusion device after air exhaust through the connector 21, then the liquid stopping clamp is opened, and the inner catheter 2 is pulled and fixed according to the description in the step 1 and transfusion, so that the remaining transfusion state can be switched.

the puncture needle (4), the inner needle seat (6) and the inner catheter (2) which are fixedly connected into a whole are arranged in a cavity formed by the indwelling hose (3), the outer needle seat (5) and the outer sleeve (1) in an inserting way and can move in the cavity along the axial direction;
the outer diameter of the radial expansion section (100) is matched with the inner diameter of the outer sleeve (1) so that the outer peripheral surface of the radial expansion section (100) is tightly attached to the inner surface of the outer sleeve (1); the axial length of the inner catheter (2) is greater than that of the outer sleeve (1), and the outer diameter of the radial expansion section (100) of the inner catheter (2) is greater than the inner diameter of the narrow sleeve section (300) of the outer sleeve (1);
in an initial state, the front end surface of the inner needle seat (6) including the conical table (61) is attached to the rear end surface of the outer needle seat (5) including the conical hole (51), the puncturing needle (4) penetrates through the indwelling hose (3) and the needle point is exposed out of the indwelling hose (3).
