Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and facilitate manufacture of a shutter case by constituting a bottom plate to a casing of a fixed part in rear and a connecting and disconnecting part in front and devising it possible to insert and extract a louver type shutter in and from the inside of the casing by removing the connecting and disconnecting part. SOLUTION: A bottom plate of a casing is constituted of a fixed part 6 in rear and a connecting and disconnecting part 7 in front. Additionally, the casing is opened on a lower end of a rail 5 when the connecting and disconnecting part 7 is removed from the fixed part 6 of the bottom plate by making the connecting and disconnecting part 7 in a cross-section backwarding U-shape with one side open and slightly larger in depth then width of the shutter rail 5 in the longitudinal direction. Thereafter, a shutter door 2 of a louver type is installed by fitting it on the rail 5 installed on facing inner surface of left and right side plates 3 of the casing and a lower surface of a top plate 4. Thereafter, the connecting and disconnecting part 7 is fixed on the fixed part 6 by inserting a horizontal projected piece 19 of the connecting and disconnecting part 7 in a slit 8 of the fixed part 6 and screwing a stop screw 13 in a screw hole 10 of the horizontal projected piece 19. Consequently, it is possible to build in the door 2 after assembling the casing of a shutter case and to simplify and facilitate manufacture of the shutter case.
