1. A skirting device for a refrigerator, the skirting device comprising a base and a plurality of magnets disposed on the base to fix the skirting device to the refrigerator by the plurality of magnets.
2. The skirting device for a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein,
the base body comprises a front side plate, a top side plate and a rear side plate which are fixedly connected together or integrally manufactured, so that the base body forms an inverted U-shaped structure; the plurality of magnets are fixed to the rear side plate;
the base body further includes a plurality of rib plates disposed between the front side plate, the top side plate, and the rear side plate.
3. The skirting device for a refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein,
the front side plate comprises a decorative part close to the top side plate and a grid part far away from the top side plate, and at least one part of the grid part is positioned at the lower side of the rear side plate; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
