Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To costlessly and easily improve the waterproof capacity, by sticking and fixing a specified waterproof sheet to the front face side of an external wall arranged between a column and the external wall or close to the column so as to cover the whole surface of the column and the external wall except the opening such as a window or a door. SOLUTION: An internal wall 6, columns 2, an adhesive layer 4, a waterproof sheet 1, an external wall 3, and a painting film 5 are superposed one by one to form a wall structure. The waterproof sheet 1 is made of a rubber sheet with a base of EPDM/ butyl. In this time, the thickness of the rubber sheet is 0.5-1.2 mm and unvulcanized butyl rubber is used as the adhesive layer 4. The thickness of the adhesive layer 4 is made 0.3-2.0 mm. Or the waterproof sheet 1 is made of PP or the like and butyl rubber or acrylic adhesive is used for the adhesive layer 4. And further, the thickness of the waterproof sheet 1 is made about 0.1 mm and the thickness of the adhesive layer 4 is made 0.1-0.2 mm and the width is made 5-15 mm and a part of 1-3 mm without adhesive is formed between adjacent materials. In this way, when waterproof sheets 1 are attached to the columns 2 laterally, the overlapped length formed at the connection part is made 100 mm or longer to improve the ventilation in the wall.

In this embodiment, the waterproof sheet 1 is made of a rubber sheet based on EPDM / butyl and has a thickness of 0.5 to 1.2 [mm]. The reason why the thickness is set in the above range is obtained from empirical values in consideration of the waterproof effect and economic efficiency. Unvulcanized butyl rubber is used as the adhesive layer 4 for bonding the waterproof sheet 1 of this material to the pillar 2. The adhesive layer 4 is formed to have a thickness of 0.3 to 2.0 [mm] corresponding to the thickness of the waterproof sheet 1 so as to have an adhesive strength corresponding to the weight of the waterproof sheet 1.

In the case of the waterproof sheet shown in FIG. 4, it is desirable that the waterproof sheet has a zero-span strength, particularly a thin film, and that the bonding strength with the coating film 5 and the coating strength are about the same as those of the coating film 5. It is desirable to use a material and thickness that are not subject to the influence. From this point, in this example, as the material, for example, PP, CPP, P
E, PET, EVA, etc. are adopted. PVC is not used because it is easily shrunk. The thickness of the waterproof sheet 1 in this case is preferably about 0.1 [mm]. This is because it is easy to cope with the problem of the step on the coating.

In this case, the adhesive layer 4 of the waterproof sheet 1 is used.
Is made of butyl rubber or acrylic glue, and the polymer sheet does not react with butyl rubber or acrylic glue. However, since air may enter between the outer wall 3 during the sticking work, in this case, the adhesive layer 4 is formed as shown in FIG. As shown, it is desirable to arrange in a streaked form. That is, the adhesive layer 4 has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 [mm] and a width of 5 to 15 [mm], and forms an adhesive-free portion 7 of 1 to 3 [mm] between the adjacent layers. Further, it is desirable to apply a primer treatment or a corona treatment between the waterproof sheet 1 and the coating film 5 in FIG. 4 in order to improve the durability and weather resistance of the waterproof sheet 1.

When a rubber sheet is used as the waterproof sheet 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the like, there is an effect that the nail for attaching the outer wall 3 is used to stop the water in the nail hole, and as shown in FIG. When the waterproof sheet 1 is disposed in the horizontal direction, as shown in FIG.
And, for example, the polymerization length of the polymerization section 8 is set to 100 [mm].
By doing so, the air permeability in the wall can be improved while maintaining the waterproofness. The polymerization length is 100 [m
m] or more for the following reason. That is, 100
This is because in the case of [mm], the safety factor is 130% or more even for the maximum instantaneous wind water pressure of 750 hpa, and it has been proved that water can pass even if the wind can pass.
