Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a bobbin in a short time without stopping hooping machine to form a hoop, by using a guide member engaging with the bobbin and the hoop respectively, and beforehand attaching an end of the guide member onto the bobbin. SOLUTION: An engaging part of a guide member 8 is attached on a bobbin, a hook installed on an end of the guide member 8 is positioned with a clamp part 7 after the guide member 8 passed through a buffer part 9. The clamp part 7 is raised and a hoop 1 is engaged with the hook. A motor 12 is driven, the bobbin 11 is rotated, a carrying part 3 is driven and the hoop 1 is carried. At first, the guide member 8 is wound on the bobbin 11, and the hoop 1 is wound in succession. The working of winding is detected with a sensor 10 and the buffer part 9 is controlled based on the signal. When a prescribed amount of the hoop is wound and finished on the bobbin 10, the rotation of the bobbin 11 is stopped, the drive of the carrying part 3 is stopped and the hoop 1 is cut by driving a cutting part 4.

As described above, the hoop material winding method and the hoop material winding apparatus using the same according to the present invention are as follows.
By using a guide member that engages with the bobbin and the hoop material, one end of the guide member is attached to the bobbin in advance and preparation work is performed, so that bobbin replacement is extremely easy and in a short time. Not only can it be performed, but it is not necessary to stop the operation of the molding machine for molding the hoop material, so that productivity and yield can be greatly improved, and furthermore, unmanned operation for a long time can be realized.
