Next, in a second step, the coil conductor 6 is wound around the lower half cylindrical portion 2b, and the pair of ends 6a of the coil conductor 6 is guided by the pair of positioning pins 12 while being guided.
A pair of the pin portions 11 as the corresponding temporary fixing portions 10 are entangled with the base portions and temporarily fixed to the leg portions 8a so as to be solderable.
In this temporarily fixed state, the end 6a of the coil conductor 6 is cut out 1
Since it is wrapped around 1a and is regulated so as not to move in the axial direction of the pin portion 11, the pin portion 11 is almost in contact with the outer surface of the leg portion 8a.

Next, in a third step, as shown in FIG. 5, the end 6a of the coil conductor 6 is soldered to the corresponding leg 8a by soldering. At the time of this soldering, the heat radiation preventing action of the heat radiation prevention hole 13 increases the temperature rising speed of the leg 8a, and the enamel or the like of the coil conductor 6 is burned off so that the coil conductor 6 can conduct electricity to the leg 8a. Connected to. Next, in a fourth step, the bobbin member 2 with various components such as the terminal member 8 is set in a mold of a molding machine, and the case 9 is integrally molded with the bobbin member 2 by full molding.

The operation and effects of the above-described rotational speed sensor 1 and the method of manufacturing the same will be described. In the use state of the rotational speed sensor 1, every time the teeth of the tooth member rotating integrally with the turbine shaft of the automatic transmission pass near the tip of the pole 5, the magnetic field changes and pulse-like induction is applied to the coil conductor 6. An electromotive force is generated, and the induced electromotive force is output to an external electric circuit via the pair of terminal members 8, and the rotation speed is detected.

The terminal member 8 is connected to a leg 8a and a terminal 8b.
The connecting member 2d is formed on the bobbin member 2, and the leg 8a of the terminal member 8 is press-fitted into the connecting portion 2d and can be fixed. Therefore, the structure of the terminal member 8 is simplified. The assembly of the terminal member 8 is simplified. When the bobbin member 2 is formed, the terminal member 8 is formed.
Since it is not necessary to perform insert molding, the structure of a mold for bobbin member molding is simplified, and the molding cost is reduced. Since the temporary fixing portion 10 for temporarily fixing the end portion 6a of the coil conductor 6 is provided on the bobbin member 2, it is possible to temporarily fix the end portion of the coil conductor 6 to the temporary fixing portion 10 and then solder the leg portion 8a. it can.

The end portion 6a of the coil conductor 6 can be temporarily fixed to a solderable state by the temporary fixing portion 10 having a simple structure, and the notch portion 11a is formed in the pin portion 11 as the temporary fixing portion 10. Since it is formed, it is possible to restrict the end 6a of the coil conductor 6 from moving from the temporary fixing position. Further, since the positioning pin 12 for guiding the end of the coil conductor 6 is provided, the coil conductor 6 can be connected to the bobbin member 2.
Unwinding can be prevented. Since the heat radiation preventing holes 13 are formed in the leg portions 8a of the terminal member 8, it is difficult to dissipate heat at the time of soldering, and the coating of the coil conductor 6 can be reliably burned off and soldered. Efficiency can be improved.

In the first step, a leg portion of each terminal member is press-fitted to a connection portion of the bobbin member, and an end portion of a coil wire wound around a part of an outer peripheral portion of the bobbin member is temporarily fixed to the bobbin member. A second step of temporarily fixing the coil conductor to the legs of the terminal member; and a case including the bobbin member and the pair of terminal members. And a fourth step of performing full molding of the rotational speed sensor.

7. A method of manufacturing a rotational speed sensor after previously manufacturing a synthetic resin bobbin member for winding a coil conductor around a part of an outer peripheral portion and a pair of metal terminal members. In the first step, a leg portion of each terminal member is connected to a mounting surface of a side portion of the bobbin member by heat fusion, and an end portion of a coil wire wound around a part of an outer peripheral portion of the bobbin member. A second step of entanglement with the temporary fixing portion of the bobbin member and a third step of soldering the temporarily fixed coil conductor to a leg of the terminal member; and the bobbin member and a pair of terminal members. A fourth step of full-molding the case so as to enclose the case, and a method of manufacturing a rotation speed sensor.
