Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release an inner stress or a little positional deviation brought when a synthetic resin part is fitted to a metallic part and facilitate the fitting work of both materials by providing a caulking structure to one of two fitting positions of the outdoor side part and the indoor side part and a pressing structure to the other position. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating shaped material is divided to a metallic part 22 and a synthetic resin part 23 at the depth of the indoor and outdoor sides. The synthetic resin part 23 is fixed to the metallic part 22 with a dovetail groove 24 and a receive groove 25 with a breadthwise distance of the shaped material. The dovetail groove 24 is made to form a caulking structure fixed in both depth direction and the breadthwise direction of the shaped material. A part of the metallic part is pressed on the synthetic resin part 23 from the depth direction, in the receive groove 25. Accordingly, both members can be securely fitted without strains and a well-finished heat-insulating material can be obtained.

2. Description of the Related Art As a heat-insulating profile used as a frame material or a frame material of a sash, a metal part and a synthetic resin part are divided into two parts in a prospective direction inside and outside the room. There is one that is fixed at two mounting portions spaced from each other in the width direction of the profile (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-17884). This type of heat-insulated profile has a heat-insulating function and one side of the profile is covered with a synthetic resin, so that a sash excellent in appearance (texture, color, etc.), touch, and the like can be obtained. However, conventionally,
Since the metal part and the synthetic resin part are fixed by caulking at several places spaced apart in the width direction of the profile, internal stress generated in the metal part or synthetic resin part during caulking Due to slight misalignment or difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion during use, these parts or the entire shape are likely to be twisted, warped, or partially dented and warped. Attention and management was required.

[0005] Most of the metal parts are extruded products of aluminum alloy, and are provided with a dovetail groove having a crimping structure and a receiving groove having a pressing structure. The synthetic resin portion is hard and is mostly an extruded product, has a convex portion having a caulking structure and an insertion portion having a pressing structure, and has a cross-sectional shape and a wall thickness with less thermal deformation. The caulking structure is the same as the structure used in the conventional heat-insulated profiles, with the dovetail groove having a narrow entrance and a wide depth in the cross section, and the convex portion conforming to the dovetail groove, and the cross section is more distal than the base in the cross section. Is widely formed. The dovetail groove and the convex portion are caulked tightly in both the expected indoor and outdoor directions and the width direction of the profile by displacing the outer walls of the right and left walls forming the dovetail groove inward with a caulking roll. The pressing structure is a part provided in the synthetic resin part, for example, the insertion part is inserted into the receiving groove of the metal part to be in an engagement state that does not move in the indoor and outdoor directions, and then, the metal forming the receiving groove A part of the part is pressed from a prospective direction by a pressing roll or the like, and is fixed by pressing.

At this time, the outdoor portion 22 and the indoor portion 23 are securely connected by the caulking attachment portion, and play and separation in the expected direction are prevented by the attachment portion and the attachment portion pressed. In addition, the mounting part by pressing restrains the prospective directions inside and outside the room at the time of fixing, but the restraint in the width direction of the profile is relatively gentle, so a slight position in the width direction of the profile generated at the time of caulking Displacement and deformation are absorbed by the mounting portion due to the pressure, and do not remain as distortion in the profile. In addition, since the internal stress at the time of connection and the internal stress due to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion are also released, the occurrence of distortion due to a change with time after installation in the building is reduced. For this reason, the work of joining the outdoor portion 22 and the indoor portion 23 by caulking or pressing is lightened, and the work efficiency is improved.
