Description of the Related Art Hitherto, in a receiving device built in a cellular phone or the like, means for detecting an incoming call from the outside by a human body include sounding and mechanical vibration. In contrast, the term "pronunciation" refers to a method in which an incoming call from an external device is received and a sounding body incorporated in the receiving device causes a sound in an audible frequency range to be sensed by the human body. The term "mechanical vibration" refers to an incoming call from the outside. In response to this, a mechanical vibration is induced from a vibrating body incorporated in the receiving device to be sensed by the human body. Here, the vibrator uses the one that causes vibration by the eccentric rotation of the mass body 32 by the coreless motor 31 as shown in FIG. There is a piezo bimorph. Here, reference numeral 42 denotes an elastic plate serving as a substrate to which the piezoelectric element is adhered, and reference numeral 43 denotes a mass body for increasing vibration stress and vibration amplitude.

The battery, which is the power supply for the coreless motor, is extremely depleted and requires frequent replacement. In addition, permanent magnets and copper wire coils are required, making it difficult to reduce the size and weight. However, there is a problem that the sensitivity to the human body is not sufficient in the conventional method, so that the human body cannot be reliably detected.

The one in which the twist 2 is inserted in the middle part in the longitudinal direction is used. However, the angle of the twist 2 is set in the range of 20 ° to 90 °, and the piezoelectric elements 4 are attached to both front and back surfaces of each elastic plate 3 extending right and left or up and down around the middle part where the twist 2 is inserted. . This is what is called a bimorph. Here, the piezoelectric element 4 to be attached to the elastic plate 3 is not limited to the two-sided attachment of the elastic plate 3 and there is a problem that the bending displacement of the elastic plate cannot be large. It may be sticking.

However, the power supply is performed by externally applying an alternating voltage to the electrodes formed on the surface of the piezoelectric element so that an electric field is formed in the thickness direction of the piezoelectric element 4. Here, the connection of the power supply line for applying the alternating voltage is performed such that both electrodes formed on the outer surface of the piezoelectric element 4 attached to the front and back surfaces of the elastic plate have the same potential.

However, if the vibrator 1 is configured to resonate within the vibration frequency range and an alternating voltage is externally applied to the piezoelectric element 4, the piezoelectric element 4 expands in a positive half cycle and contracts in a negative half cycle. In response to this, the elastic plate 3 serving as the piezoelectric element sticking substrate causes a bending bending vibration having a cycle corresponding to the frequency of the alternating voltage. Here, the bending and bending vibration of the elastic plate 3 becomes a periodic external force, and reciprocating linear vibration is caused by the inertial force generated from the mass body 5 fixed to one end of the elastic plate constituting the vibrator. The incoming call is perceived as a skin stimulus by the human body that comes into contact therewith via the receiving device 6.

The manner of sensing by the skin stimulus resulting from the conventional receiver differs significantly from that provided by the conventional receiving device. This is because the elastic plate 3 which is a component of the vibrating body 1 according to the present invention is provided with the torsion 2 at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction thereof, and is thus supplied from the mass body 5 constituting the vibrating body 1 by power supply. This is because the vibration is a combined vibration in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction or in the diagonal direction opposite to the diagonal direction, and as a result, the vibration position of the mass body 5 reciprocates in the horizontal direction over time to expand the vibration area.

ものとなる。The reason why the vibration generated from the receiving device 6 according to the present invention can cause the above-described vibration is that the torsion 2 placed in the elastic plate 3 constituting the vibrating body 1 is centered on the left and right sides. Alternatively, the vibration induced from the elastic plate 3 extending vertically has anisotropy. In this regard, since the vibration from the receiving device by the conventional vibrator is a one-point vibration that vibrates in only one direction, the vibration area is small. Therefore, the sensitivity of the human body due to skin stimulation is not always sufficient.
On the other hand, the vibration caused by the receiving device 6 according to the present invention is a compound / linear vibration that vibrates in the horizontal direction or the reverse diagonal direction with the lapse of time in addition to the vertical direction or the diagonal direction. Irrespective of the contact state of the human body, the human body can be sensed and the sensitivity due to skin irritation becomes sufficiently high.

At one end of the elastic plate 3, a 5 mm square metal piece made of a cube is fixed as a mass body 5, and at the other end, the elastic plate 3 is vertically extended to a wide surface of the receiving device 6 at any place in the receiving device. This is a composite / linear vibration that vibrates also in the direction, so that it is possible to reliably detect the incoming call to the human body regardless of the state of contact of the receiving device 6 with the human body.

As a result, the vibration stress and vibration amplitude induced from the vibrating body 1 are larger than those of the prior art, so that the sensitivity to the human body through skin stimulation can be made sufficiently high.
