Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of metal plates for a roof and an external wall which can be prevented from corroding by moisture and also is hardly affected by wind. SOLUTION: A metal plate connection structure is provided with bent parts 25 and 25 which are extended from each end part of two rectangular metal plates 21 and 21 adjacent to each other in the direction of the rear side of the metal plate, and multiple crossed members 24a and 24b having a parallel part 26 of a fixed width which is extended from the end of the bent parts 25 and 25 in a comb-shape and also extended to the outside of the metal plate approximately in parallel with the metal plate and a convergent slant part 27 which is extended in the direction apart from the top end of the parallel part to the metal plate 21. Also the crossed member 24a or 24b of one metal plate is fitted closely into the crossed members 24b and 24b or 24a and 24a of the other metal plate alternately, and the parallel part 26 of one crossed member is advanced to the underside of the other bent part 25 so that they cannot be floated relatively to each other.

However, the above connection structure has the following problems. (1) In the structures shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, dust and the like easily accumulate in the portion A, and the portion A is a place where the repair of the coating is difficult, and further, there are many chances that the wet state continues for a long time. Therefore, the shingle is likely to corrode, and the damage tends to increase particularly when exposed to acid rain. (2) In the structure shown in FIG. 25, dust and the like easily accumulate in the portion B, and the portion C tends to rise when exposed to wind.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a main body having a rectangular shape is provided.
A bent metal plate formed at both ends along the longitudinal direction of the main body with a bent portion extending from both ends of the main body toward the back side of the main body, and a comb-like shape from the end of the bent portion. And a plurality of cross members having a parallel portion having a constant width extending parallel to the body toward the outside of the main body and a tapered inclined portion extending in a direction away from the tip of the parallel portion toward the main body. When the two metal plates are lined up in a line in the longitudinal direction, the cross members are arranged so that the cross members of one metal plate are located between the cross members of the other metal plate. And a metal plate for a roof and an outer wall, which are arranged in the same.

Thus, when the end face of the left roof panel comes into contact with the end face of the bar 31, the bar 11 is removed. In this state, as shown in FIG. 11, the parallel portion 26 of the cross member of the left shingle enters the lower side of the bent portion 25 of the right shingle, and at the same time, the parallel portion 26 of the right shingle becomes the left roof. It enters under the bent portion 25 of the plate and its upward movement is restrained.

As described above, the metal plate connection structure and the metal plate of the present invention exhibit the following excellent effects. (1) Since the members constituting the connection structure are arranged in an atmosphere that is easy to dry, corrosion due to moisture can be prevented. (2) Since the parallel portions of one of the cross members have entered the lower side of the other bent portion so as not to be able to float up, the metal plate does not float up even if it receives wind. (3) Since a metal plate can be formed only by cutting and pressing, manufacturing is easy. (4) By adding a pattern to the metal plate, it is possible to increase the added value of the design.
