Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense water from the excretion by an aged person who is incapable of movement and inform a person who takes care of the aged person of the excretion automatically and quickly by building in-a moisture sensing sensor having electrodes formed by a conductive ink printing method in a paper diaper. SOLUTION: The moisture sensor 2 amplifies extremely slight conductivity caused by adhesion of water between electrodes 3, which are built in the sensor and formed by printing a conductive ink, by a connected electronic circuit part 7, senses the conductivity, and works as an electronic switch. Consequently, a system to detect moisture from the excretion deed and to automatically and quickly inform that the paper diaper is wetted to the person who takes care of the aged person is constituted by producing a paper diaper 1 whole building the moisture sensor 2 in the paper diaper 1.

[Usage applications] Moisture sensing sensors are used to amplify and detect the weak electrical conductivity generated by the adhesion of moisture between the electrodes built into the sensor with a connected electronic circuit, and operate as an electronic switch. Sensor. When the devised `` diaper with a built-in moisture sensing sensor '' is used for diapers of bedridden elderly people who have no dementia or sensation of stuff, if they excrete, they will sense moisture and give caregivers You can automatically and promptly report. By reporting, timely treatment after excretion is possible, preventing diaper fogging and pressure ulcers, nursing care for clean and comfortable diapers, and greatly reducing the burden on caregivers.

[Current situation] Diaper care in home care for bedridden elderly people is a serious time constraint and a mental burden,
It is the biggest cause of care fatigue such as lack of sleep.
If a system for automatically and promptly reporting the excretion to the caregiver becomes possible, there is no need for any inspection work at all times, and clean and comfortable diaper care will be possible. The devised “diaper with a built-in moisture sensor” makes it easier to use the diaper care support system and can significantly reduce the burden on caregivers.

The nursing care of a bedridden elderly person who has no dementia or sensation of stuff is very time-constrained and mentally burdensome.
It is the biggest cause of care fatigue. In diaper care, avoiding the damp condition promptly is the basis of care, clean and comfortable care, and prevents diaper rash and pressure sores. An electronic switch function that senses the moisture of the care recipient's excretion by the moisture sensor and activates the electronic switch function automatically and promptly informs the caregiver of a care support system. However, when changing diapers, there is an annoyance of attaching the sensor each time. By devising a "paper diaper with a built-in moisture sensor", it is possible to easily attach the moisture sensor by ordinary diaper replacement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A moisture sensing sensor operates as an electronic switch by detecting weak conductivity caused by the adhesion of moisture between electrodes built into the sensor by amplifying it with a connected electronic circuit. It is a sensor to make it. A system is possible in which a sensor is placed in a disposable diaper and the excretion is automatically and promptly reported to a caregiver. However, it is troublesome to mount the sensor each time. To solve this problem, we developed a thin, flexible, safe and comfortable sensor that can be built into the diaper by printing conductive ink on the sensor electrodes, etc. Invented a disposable diaper. This eliminates the hassle and allows the sensor to be installed by changing ordinary diapers.
