Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an inside of a car clean by making at least a side plate of an inner face of the car, with an antibacterial enamel plate. SOLUTION: An antibacterial enamel plate 6 forming a ceiling part, an enamel plate 7 forming a floor part, and an antibacterior enamel plate 8 forming a side plate, are mounted inside of a car of a dumbwaiter. An antibacterial enamel plate 9 is also mounted inside of a door 3. By covering the whole inner face of the car 1 with the antibacterial enamel plates 6, 7, 8, 9, the invasion of fungus from the external can be prevented. Whereby the food 5 stored in the car 1 can be conveyed while kept clean without contaminated by the fungus from the external. Further the invasion of fungus from the external can be prevented even when only the antibacterial enamel plate 8 forming the side plate of the car 1 is mounted, because the most part of the circumference of the food 5 is surrounded by the antibacterial enamel plate 8.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dam waiter which is installed in a cafeteria, a restaurant or the like, and which transports food, tableware and the like up and down.

Description of the Related Art Similar to a general elevator used for raising and lowering passengers, a dam weighter also has a car to be moved up and down, and inside the car, a ceiling, a floor and side plates forming peripheral sides are provided. Food, tableware, and the like to be transported up and down are placed directly on the floor in the basket and transported.

In recent years, food poisoning due to bacteria such as O157 has become a problem, and there is a strong demand for ensuring the cleanliness of routes for transporting foods and the like.
