Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use usefully an antibacterial agent by liquating out gradually the antibacterial agent into running water by a method wherein a water soluble binder and an antibacterial cationic surfactant are applied to at least one part of an inner surface of a disposable draining bag to be used for collecting kitchen waste in a sink of a cooking place in home. SOLUTION: Though a bag proper is made of nonwoven fabric of 5-100 g/m<2> basis weight composed of thermoplastic synthetic fiber of 1-15 denier fineness, water soluble polymeric binder is applied to a part of an inner surface of the bag proper, preferably to almost the whole of inner and outer surfaces of the bag proper. Sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose is preferably used. Then, an antibacterial agent is applied to the bag proper to which the binder is applied. As the antibacterial agent, an antibacterial cationic surfactant is used and, for example, benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, stearyl dimethylbenzilammonium chloride, stearyl trimethylammonium chloride, methylbenzethonium chloride, etc., are exemplified.
