Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide partially dyed hair for a doll presenting a specific aspect, and variously commercialize it by partially dyeing a large number of adjacent fibers, and forming the partially dyed hair of a doll so that a coloring pattern can be visually sensed. SOLUTION: Fiber to be used is formed of synthetic fiber such as a polyamide type such as nylon, a vinyl chloride type and a vinylidene chloride type, natural fiber such as cotton, flax, wool and silk, regenerated fiber such as rayon, polynosic and cuprammonium rayon, semisynthetic fiber such as acetate and triacetate or the like normally used as fiber for doll hair 1, and is dyed by dyes. When a dyeing liquid is stuck to this fiber, dyeing work is performed on fiber put in a condition of being implanted in a doll head part or fiber already put in a work condition as a wig and false hair or fiber on which at least one end is put in a fixed condition. In this case, a coloring pattern 3 is formed by crossing a large number of adjacent fibers, or the coloring pattern is formed in plural places so as to become patterns mutually different in a color tone.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to form partially colored hair in a doll toy or the like, means for partially gathering an appropriate number of fibers of different color types and partially implanting the base end into the head is generally used. Has been adopted. According to this means, even if the effect due to the different colors can be seen in the longitudinal alignment state, if the free end at the end is shifted in the lateral direction, the fibers are mixed with the adjacent fibers of other colors, and There were problems such as difficulty in visualizing different color effects during the period, and poor appearance.

On the other hand, an attempt to visualize a partially colored pattern that spreads in the lateral direction by flocking a large number of fibers that are partially colored over an appropriate length in advance in an adjacent set state, even if the above-mentioned problem can be solved, It is difficult and troublesome to implant the partially-colored fibers in an appropriate arrangement, and it is difficult to achieve practical use without satisfying the productivity.

[0004] In view of the above situation, a means for spraying a colored paint partially on an appropriate position on the surface of the hair which has been planted on the head of a doll or the like is generally adopted. There is a problem that the amount of adhesion to each fiber tends to be unevenly distributed, and furthermore, it is difficult to form a reproducible pattern. Further, since the coloring agent is fixed by the resin component in the paint, the tactile sensation and glossiness of the fiber are reduced, and the commercial value as doll hair is impaired. Further, as a means for fixing the coloring liquid, drying of the solvent or heat treatment at a high temperature is required. When hair is planted on the head of the doll or the like, thermal deformation of the plastic material constituting the head may be caused. There is a risk of causing thermal deterioration, and it is difficult to implement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention requires a partially dyed hair for a doll configured so that a number of adjacent fibers are partially dyed to make a colored pattern visible. Further, it is required that the colored pattern be formed across a number of adjacent fibers, that the colored pattern be provided at a plurality of locations, that the colored pattern be a pattern having a different color tone, and the like. Furthermore, to many fibers arranged in a set state,
It is necessary that the dyeing solution in the aqueous medium is partially adhered, and while the dyeing solution is in an undried state, a portion to which the dyeing solution is attached is dyed by performing a dielectric heating treatment using a high-frequency electric field. Furthermore, many fibers have one end in a convergence fixed state, the convergence fixed state is a flocking state on the head of the doll, and the attaching means of the staining liquid is a state in which the porous body impregnated with the staining liquid is assembled. In order to allow the dyeing liquid to permeate between the fibers by arranging the fibers in contact with the surface of the desired dyeing site of the fibers.

Next, means for attaching the dyeing solution to the fibers will be described. Dyeing processing is performed on the fibers that have been planted on the head of the doll, or that have already been processed as a wig or false hair, or that have at least one end fixed. The dyeing solution is permeated and adhered between the fibers by a padding means for contacting and appropriately pressing the porous body having the dyeing solution inserted into the fiber surface of the fiber in the fixed state at the desired dyeing position.
Here, if the fibers are tightly bundled, the dyeing solution effectively penetrates to the fibers located in the lower layer due to the capillary force between the fibers, and adheres to the surface of each fiber.

The dyeing solution can be applied from one side of the bundled fiber by the padding means described above.
When the amount of fibers is large, the dyeing solution can be uniformly attached to the fiber surface located inside by performing padding treatment from both sides. Further, the thickness of the fiber bundle can be appropriately adjusted by expanding the fiber bundle in a fan shape.

In a system in which a plurality of stained portions are provided, the desired stained portion can be individually padded, but there is a time lag in the processing operation, and the degree of movement of the staining solution due to capillary action is reduced. On the contrary, since uneven coloring tends to occur and dyeing tends to occur, it is desirable to simultaneously press and pad a porous body in which a dye solution is occluded in each desired dyeing portion.

Various kinds of partially colored patterns can be formed by appropriately selecting the shape and size of the porous body for absorbing the dyeing solution. However, by adjusting the arrangement of the porous body, it is possible to adjust the balance with the non-stained portion, A mixed color or gradation pattern can also be formed.

Next, the dyeing means will be described. In the conventional industrial dyeing means, for example, in the dyeing dyeing in which the fiber is immersed in a dye bath containing a dye for a certain period of time to dye, it depends on the combination of the fiber and the dye and the dyeing conditions, but usually about 1 hour. Heating treatment is required. In the case of synthetic fiber system, the heating temperature is 8
Usually, it is necessary to raise the temperature to 0 to 130 ° C., and the dyeing bath ratio (weight of the material to be dyed: weight of the dyeing solution) is usually set to 1:20 to 1:60. It is practically impossible to apply to hair dyeing. That is, it is difficult to apply the dyeing solution only to a part of the doll hair fiber, and even if it can be attached, the ratio of the dyeing solution to the fiber is large, and the dyeing solution is not properly held on the fiber surface and moves. Tends to be. Furthermore, since long-time high-temperature heat treatment is required, if doll hair is subjected to dyeing processing on the planted fiber, doll parts other than the fiber are also heated at the same time, causing thermal deformation and thermal deterioration, which is not possible. .

[0016] The dyeing means of the present invention is capable of dyeing doll hair fibers in the state of being planted in the doll body or in the process of processing into a product such as a wig or hair without causing the above-mentioned problems. In the state in which the doll hair fibers in the aggregated state are partially impregnated with at least one color of the dyeing liquid, the dyeing liquid is heated by dielectric heating of a high-frequency electric field in a state where the dyeing liquid impregnated portion is partially impregnated. Perform staining.

Next, the dielectric heating means applied to the present invention will be described. In dielectric heating, the polarization state of dielectric molecules such as water in an object to be heated placed in a high-frequency electric field is reversed by the alternation of the high-frequency electric field, and heat is generated by collision and friction of the molecules. The heating object itself becomes a heating element, and heating is performed from inside the substance. A substance with a higher loss factor (dielectric constant of substance x dielectric loss angle) is more likely to be heated, and water has a much higher loss coefficient than other substances. can do.

In the microwave dielectric heating, the 915 MHz band and the 2450 MHz band are widely used internationally as ISM frequency bands.
The use of the 0 MHz band is permitted, but the use of the 915 MHz band is also possible within the prescribed standards. The present invention applies the dielectric heating means using these high-frequency electric fields, and does not require thermal conductivity as compared with the means using ordinary external heating. In addition to the fibers located in the area, the parts located in the interior are simultaneously and uniformly heated, and the thermal efficiency is excellent.

Further, compared with high-frequency dielectric heating using an electrode plate, microwave dielectric heating irradiates an object with microwaves, which is a kind of electromagnetic wave, to perform heating.
Even when heating an object to be heated having a complicated shape, such as a fiber having a hair implanted on the head, the heating can be performed relatively uniformly, which is more preferable.

As mentioned above, microwave dielectric heating can selectively heat only the fiber impregnated portion of the doll even when the doll is assembled to the doll body, and the danger of other doll parts being thermally degraded. There is no. Furthermore, since heating is rapid and efficient, and dyeing can be completed in a short time, the desired dyeing property can be obtained even in a system in which the weight ratio of the dyeing liquid to the fiber weight is small. it can.

Next, the dye bath ratio and the treatment method in the dyeing step will be described. Since the dyeing liquid is impregnated and held between the fibers by the capillary action of the doll hair fibers, the amount of dyeing liquid that can hold the fiber bundle is limited.
The dyeing bath ratio (the weight of the fiber to be dyed: the weight of the dyeing liquor) in the present invention generally varies from 1: 1 to 1: 0, depending on the type of fiber, the amount of fiber to be dyed, and the like, such as the outer diameter and the cross-sectional shape. .
The range of 2 is preferable, and based on the fiber weight at the site to be dyed,
In the system of the dye bath ratio of the ratio of the weight of the dye solution is larger, the expansion of the dye portion due to the movement of the dye solution due to volume expansion or boiling of the dye solution in the heat treatment, mixing with other dye portions,
Other doll parts may be contaminated, which is not preferable. or,
The weight of the dyeing solution is 0.1 to 1 part by weight of the fiber at the site to be dyed.
With a system of less than 2, it becomes difficult to uniformly dye the entire desired dyed portion, and even if the whole can be dyed, the dyeing concentration may be low. Dyeing is possible even if the doll hair fibers are subjected to a dielectric heating treatment using a high-frequency electric field while the dyeing solution is impregnated with the dyeing solution, but the dyed portion is covered with a heat-resistant plastic film to further enhance the dyeing effect. It is preferable to provide a means for preventing moisture evaporation.
The dyeing may be performed by spraying the dyeing solution with a spray or the like in place of the pressing means for the porous body in which the dyeing solution is occluded, and performing the dielectric heating treatment by the high-frequency electric field in an undried state.

The partially dyed hair for a doll according to the present invention is constructed such that a large number of adjacent fibers are partially colored transversely so as to be visually recognized as a pattern, and the pattern is such that the open ends of the fibers are horizontal. Even if it moves in the direction, the influence on the pattern is small, and the desired pattern can be visually recognized. Furthermore, since the colored pattern is formed by dyeing, glossiness,
Since the texture and the like are not substantially changed with respect to the non-colored portion, no heterogeneous feeling is given. Also, there is no discoloration due to washing or rubbing. The means for forming the partially colored pattern allows a dyeing solution of an aqueous medium having aptitude for the applied fiber to adhere to a target portion, and can be processed in a short time by a dielectric heating process using a high-frequency electric field in an undried state, so that productivity can be improved. Meet. Further, the means for attaching the dyeing solution gently presses the porous body impregnated with the dyeing solution to the dyeing site, so that the dyeing solution can be permeated and held between the fibers in the bundled state by the capillary action, so that contact is made. It is possible to attach not only the fibers located in the part but also the fibers located inside. In addition, since the shape and size of the pattern can be set according to the shape and size of the porous body, the pattern can be formed efficiently. In addition, a plurality of the porous bodies can be provided according to the purpose, and by appropriately adjusting the intervals and the like, it is possible to freely form a color mixture at an interface, a gradation pattern, and the like. According to the dyeing method of the present invention, since partial dyeing is possible even when the hair is in a planted state, it satisfies simple productivity and enables a variety of commercialization in a wide variety of small lots.
