Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish pass through which small fish can easily go up or escape all the year round at a large level difference part in a river or a mountain torrent. SOLUTION: This fish pass is formed of a fish pass body 1 (culvert) constituted of a cylinder 2 having a vertically and spirally continuous water chamber and an internally fitted body 3. And the upper guide cylinder 13 opening a water inlet 12 is connected to the upper end of the fish pass body 1 and the lower guide cylinder 15 opening a water outlet is connected to the lower end thereof. In this way, the stream speed of the downstream side caused by the potential energy is reduced as much as possible without influence of the water stream in the upstream side to easily guide small fish to the upstream side or make them escape.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional fishway is a stepped fishway or a slope constructed so that ayu, salmon, trout, etc. can go up to a nursery for spawning at a head portion where the water level difference between the upstream and downstream is more than 1 m. Since they are open-type fishways, they are both open and depend on the weather during rainy and snowy seasons, so they could not be used as fishways for moving and evacuating small fish throughout the year. .

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment.
As shown in (a), the fishway main body 1 is composed of a cylinder 2 having a required inner diameter and a required height (determined according to the head of the waterway), and an inner fitting body 3 fitted inside the cylinder 2. Two shielding plates A disposed on the top and bottom of the inner fitting body 3 to close the top and bottom of the cylinder 2;
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), baffle plates 4a to 4d are arranged in order from the top at required intervals between B.
When expressed by the rectangular coordinates of the -X axis and the Y-Y axis, the communication port 5 is opened by cutting the third quadrant, and the communication port 5 is sequentially opened in the second quadrant on the baffle plate 4b. Similar communication ports 5 are opened in the first and fourth quadrants of the baffle plate 4d, respectively. Each of the partition plates 6 to 10 is connected alternately in the XX axis direction and the YY axis direction in order, and integrated as shown in FIG. 2A. As shown in the figure, the upper and lower shield plates A and B are appropriately joined to the cylinder 2 with an adhesive or the like, and the upper and lower peripheral surfaces of the cylinder 2 communicate with the communication ports 5 respectively. The upper guide tube 1 having a water inlet 12 opened at one end of the upper through hole 11 is provided.
3 and the other end of a lower guide tube 15 having a water outlet 14 at one end connected to the lower through-opening 11 so that the fishway a
Is configured. Therefore, the water channel formed inside the cylinder 2 is such that each water chamber formed by each of the baffle plates 4a to 4d arranged stepwise communicates with each communication port 5 which opens at a phase of 90 °. Therefore, the flow velocity in each stage due to the potential energy is reduced, and small fish can easily enter from the water outlet 14. 3 is provided with a water holding area 16 for resting small fish in a part of the water channel, and the water holding area shown in FIG.
Partition wall 18 having a rough slit 17 as shown by an imaginary line
A hidden place 19 for small fishes partitioned by the above is provided. Therefore, a fishway a in which the water holding area 16 and the hiding area 19 are appropriately provided can be provided.

As shown in FIG. 5, the fishway a thus constructed has a guide channel 2 provided with stagnation holes 20 on the upstream side and the downstream side, respectively, at the step of the water flow flowing down in the direction of the arrow.
1, the water inlet 12 of the upper guide tube 13 and the water outlet 14 of the lower guide tube 15 are opened to be used in a submerged state, so that the dynamic pressure due to flowing water such as a river or a mountain stream is hardly applied, and The flow velocity due to the energy is gradually reduced, and the flow becomes gentle at the water outlet 14 regardless of the weather, so that the evacuation and entry of the small fish downstream can be facilitated. The small fish that has entered can gradually go up spirally through the water chambers and the water holding place 16 and reach the upstream from the water inlet 12.

In the fishway b shown in FIG. 6, a fishway body 1 forming a water chamber having a rectangular cross section is spirally wound around a shaft rod 22, an upper guide tube 13 is connected to an upper end, and a water inlet is provided at a front end. 12, a lower guide tube 15 is connected to the lower end, and a water outlet 14 is opened at the front end. It is a matter of course that the water holding area 16 and the hiding place 19 are appropriately provided in the water chamber of the fishway b as shown by the fishway a. In the embodiment shown by the fishway a, each of the baffle plates 4a to 4d is joined by each of the partition plates 6 to 10 in the entire width of the diameter. Can also be provided at appropriate locations with a small-width partition plate (not shown) smaller than the diameter. In this case, the upper guide tube 13 and the lower guide tube 15 It is offered in the same width.
