According to the first aspect of the present invention, a recess for accommodating the small bag portion and a deep groove having a groove width capable of setting a free end portion of the folded portion are formed. Is provided so that the folded portion escapes even when the blade material advances, so that the continuous packaging bag can be cut without breaking the folded portion. As in the second aspect of the invention, when the both sides of both films are spotted and heat-sealed in the vicinity of the center where the pouch portion is formed, a folded portion is also formed at the center, so that the folded portions formed on both sides are small. That is, there is no fear that the folded portion is cut. Also,
The advantage that the groove width can be reduced and the seal allowance can be reduced. When the pressing member is provided as in the third aspect of the present invention, when the heat sealing portion is cut by the blade material, the pressing member presses both sides of the heat sealing portion, so that the tension of the blade material is increased. This makes it easier to cut loose pieces from the continuous packaging bag.

Although the recess 1 may be formed on a flat surface, here, the recess 1 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical drum 6 in parallel with the rotation axis 7 of the cylindrical drum 6. The recesses 1 are provided at regular intervals so that the small bag portions Q related to the continuous packaging bags R are sequentially stored in the recesses 1 (FIG. 4). A suction hole 8 is appropriately provided on the bottom surface of each recess 1, and the small bag portion Q is easily stored in the recess 1 by suction under reduced pressure using the suction hole 8 (FIG. 1). This is because the rotation shaft 7 of the cylindrical drum 6 rotates intermittently, so that the recess 1 rotates intermittently at a predetermined speed.

The pressing body 5 has an elongated rectangular parallelepiped shape comparable to the width of the continuous packaging bag R, and has a rubber pressing portion 5a provided at the lower end thereof (FIG. 4). An upright bar 13 extends on the upper surface of the pressing body 5, and the upright bar 13 is inserted into a through hole of the base 10 and is locked to the base 10 by a stopper 14 at the tip. Since the upright bar 13 is attached to the base 10 with the spring 15 interposed therebetween as shown in FIG. 1, the upright bar 13 usually assumes a state in which the pressing body 5 is pushed down by the elastic biasing force of the spring 15. Under such a state, the lower surface of the pressing portion 5 a is located below the lower end of the blade member 4.

Thereafter, the cylindrical drum 6 is rotated intermittently,
The air cylinder 11 is operated in synchronization with the intermittent operation. Specifically, when the cylindrical drum 6 temporarily stops due to the intermittent rotation of the cylindrical drum 6, the new deep groove 3 always advances immediately below the blade member 4. Then, after the new deep groove 3 appears just below the blade member 4, the air cylinder 11 is operated in conjunction therewith. The rod 12 is extended by the operation of the air cylinder 11. Then, press the heat sealing portion S 1 in the width direction to be detach the packages K from a continuous packaging bag R abutting portion 5a holding down (Figure 2). The pressing portion 5a
Across deep groove 3 descends on the both sides of the dam portion 2a, pressing the heat seal portion S 1 near the long side edge of the pouch portion Q to the dam portion 2a.

The rod 12 is still extended. Due to this extension, the pressing portion 5a hits the weir portion 2a, so that the pressing body 5 moves against the base 10 against the urging force of the spring 15.
, And the blade member 4 descends.
Then, the blade member 4 enters the deep groove 3, cutting the heat-sealed portion S 1 (FIG. 3). At the point of time when the blade material 4 enters the deep groove 3, both ends of the pressing member 5 a and the weir portion 2 a are connected to each other with the heat seal portion S 1 connecting the package K 1 to the continuous packaging bag R stretched. Since it is sandwiched, the blade material 4 is
When you go to 1 , it is easily cut. On the other hand, since the tip portion 9a of the folded portion 9 is in a free state (a state in which it is not locked anywhere), the blade member 4 escapes even if the blade material 4 advances. Therefore, the folded portion 9 is not cut as in the related art. Thus, it is possible to cut the continuous packaging bag R into the packaged product K excellent in quality without making the hole O in the small bag portion Q.

By the way, if the height of the pouch portion Q is increased or if the width W of the deep groove cannot be increased, the hole O is also opened in the pouch portion Q when the blade material 4 advances into the folded portion 9. In some cases. The tip portion 9a of the folded portion 9 will not resting on dam portion 2a opposed, because thus taken pressed together with heat-sealed portion S 1 when the pressing body 5 has descended. In such a case, the above problem can be solved by adding one step as shown in FIG. 6 in the step of manufacturing the continuous packaging bag R.

[0019] That is, after heat-sealed S 1 and strip film F a band film F b and the upper lower in the width direction at a constant pitch (Fig. 6 (b)), at both side edges of the two films, sachets portion near the center to form the Q is to the dotted heat seal S 3 (FIG. 6 (b)). The spotting is performed, for example, by pushing up a rod 21 having a heater at the tip. Next, heat sealing S 2 is performed on both side edges of both films to complete the heat sealing around the small bag portion Q, thereby producing a continuous packaging bag R (FIG. 6).
(C)). Since the dotted heat seal is provided near the center, the folded portion 9 is also formed here. As a result, the folded portions 9 on both sides are shortened, the free state of the tip end portion 9a is ensured, and the perforation defect O is eliminated. After obtaining such a continuous packaging bag R, the small bag portions Q are stored in the respective recesses 1 of the continuous packaging bag cutting device and the blade material 4 is advanced into the deep groove 3 as described above. Is obtained.

[0020] configured rose cutting apparatus and rose cutting methods in this way, pouch portion Q is accommodated in the recess 1, and the width direction heat seal portion S 1 connecting the pouch portions are both sides in dam portion 2a since sustained by overlying deep groove 3 and is advanced to the blade member 4 to the deep groove 3, it can be cut heat seal portion S 1.
At this time, since the distal end portion 9a of the folded portion 9 is in a free state, the folded portion 9 is not cut even when the blade member 4 advances into the deep groove 3. Further, when the advances the blade member 4 to a deep groove 3 while pressing the pressing body 5 in the dam portion 2a forming the deep grooves 3, the heat seal portion S 1 on both sides are clamped by the pressing body 5 and the dam portion 2a since, during the cutting of the blade member 4 the heat seal portion S 1 by, ready stretched over the heat-seal portion S 1, can be cut heat seal portion S 1 comfortably. In this way, the problem of poor perforation due to the cutting of the folded portion 9 and the defect that the cut waste accumulates in the deep groove can be solved. In addition, after heat sealing in the width direction of the lower side of the strip film F b and the upper band film F a and the constant pitch, at both side edges of the two films, a point near the center to form a pouch portion Q with heat sealing S
(3) Then, using a continuous packaging bag in which articles are sealed by heat-sealing the entire side edges of both films and heat-sealing around the small bag portion Q, both sides of the packaged product are Since the folded portion is formed in the vicinity of the center, the folded portion 9 on both sides is reduced, and the problem of opening the hole O without increasing the groove width W of the deep groove 3 can be eliminated.
