2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, hanging scaffolds (working scaffolds) for painting a main girder, inspecting and repairing various structural parts, and the like have been provided on the back side of an elevated road. On the other hand, in view of the recent emphasis on environmental and landscape protection and the fact that reducing the level of traffic noise in cities has become a major social problem, the development of a sound absorption system that also serves as the scaffold, Development of a system for improvement is underway. At present, as a sound absorbing system on the backside of an elevated road and a sound absorbing member used in the sound absorbing system, the following technologies are scattered. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 49-85828 discloses a sound absorbing system having a configuration in which a plurality of planar sound absorbing members hanging down from near the underside of an elevated road are arranged, and a flat case formed of a porous aluminum alloy plate. A sound absorbing member filled with a sound absorbing material made of glass fiber is disclosed. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-174109 discloses that a plurality of cylindrical sound-absorbing tubes are horizontally and horizontally arranged at intervals of 0.5 to 2 times the diameter of a supporting frame suspended on the back side of an elevated road. A sound absorbing system having a diameter of 5 mm and a sound absorbing plate formed by compression molding with a metal fiber mat sandwiched between a perforated plate or a mesh.
A sound-absorbing cylinder is disclosed which is formed into a cylindrical shape of 0 mm to 500 mm, and has a structure in which a supporting middle pillar traversing the inside of the hollow portion in the diameter direction is axially penetrated and fixed. In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-2646, a long columnar sound absorbing member is provided on the underside of an elevated road with a slight space between them.
Moreover, a sound absorbing system having a configuration in which a plurality of metal fibers such as aluminum fibers and the like are sandwiched by a wire mesh in a groove shape, and a sound absorbing system having a configuration in which a plurality of the fibers are arranged side by side in parallel with a required interval also from the back of the road, There is disclosed a hollow columnar sound absorbing member which is formed in a V shape or a semicircular shape which is convex downward and whose upper surface opening is closed by a flat sound insulating material. The applicant of the present application has proposed a sound absorbing system for a scaffold on the back side of an elevated road and a sound absorbing member used for the same in the specification and drawings of Japanese Patent Application No. 8-214452.

(1) In the case of the invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 49-85828, since the flat sound absorbing members are juxtaposed in a hanging state, the noise of a vehicle traveling on a road below is absorbed. The effect has directionality and it is difficult to expect a multi-faceted sound absorbing effect. In addition, the noise easily passes through the sound absorbing members arranged side by side in a hanging state, and reaches the rear surface of the elevated road above and is reflected. This reflected sound and traveling vehicles on the elevated road are generated. It is not configured to actively capture and absorb noise transmitted to the back side, and difficulties are recognized in the sound absorbing effect.
In addition, it is considered that the structure and the construction method in which a plurality of the sound absorbing members are juxtaposed in a hanging state are considered to be practically difficult, and it is recognized that the sound absorbing member is not constituted as a scaffold. (2) The invention described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-174109 discloses a cylindrical sound absorbing cylinder having a diameter of 0.5 to 2 mm.
The noise is easy to pass between the sound absorbing members because it is arranged side by side at double the distance, and the noise reaches the back of the elevated road above and is reflected. The vehicle is not configured to actively capture and absorb noise generated by the vehicle and transmitted to the rear side, so that difficulty is recognized in the sound absorbing effect. In addition, it is recognized that a cylindrical sound absorbing cylinder does not at all have a structure that also serves as a scaffold. (3) The invention described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-2646 discloses a hollow structure in which a sound absorbing material in which metal fibers are sandwiched between wire meshes is formed into a semicircle or the like, and the upper opening is closed by a sound insulating plate. Although a sound absorbing member having a structure is used, it is difficult to achieve a sufficient sound absorbing effect because the wall thickness of the sound absorbing member is thin. In particular, since it is not configured to absorb the reflected sound from the backside of the elevated road and the noise generated by the traveling vehicle on the elevated road and transmitted to the backside, it is considered that the noise reduction effect is difficult. (4) The purpose of the invention is to further improve the above-mentioned prior application invention,
It is lighter and cheaper, and has excellent sound absorption performance of the reflected sound on the backside of the elevated road and the noise generated by traveling vehicles on the elevated road and transmitted to the backside, and installation is easy,
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sound-absorbing member that can be used as a scaffold and has high safety.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the sound absorbing member 4 has a notch-shaped groove 3 having an opening width in which the flange 1a of the small beam 1 is fitted at both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction. Is provided. By fitting the concave groove 3 into the flange 1a of the small beam 1, each sound absorbing member 4 can be laid relatively easily and reliably on the back side of the road in a stable state. That is, bolt-less mounting is performed without using bolts and nuts, which are likely to be loosened due to vibration and are easy to perform, and work efficiency is high. At both ends of the beam 1 in the longitudinal direction, the sound absorbing member 2 is positioned and fixed so as not to fall off in the longitudinal direction. Is performed.
A cushion material 4 made of foamed plastic or the like is adhered to the upper surface of the concave groove 3 so as to prevent the occurrence of metal noise due to non-slip and small vibration when attached to the small beam 1. Reference numeral 5 in FIG. 3 denotes an eyebolt prepared for suspending the sound absorbing member 2.

As shown in FIG. 4, a gap sealing material 6 made of foam rubber and having a thickness of about 10 mm is attached. This is because the gap sealing material 6 is tightly attached to the side surface of the adjacent sound absorbing member 2 to fill the gap when laid on the small beams 1 as described above, thereby blocking noise coming from below. In FIG. 4, a rib 7 protruding immediately below the gap sealing material 6 is
This is a means for defining the effective width of laying the sound absorbing member 2 by complementing the elasticity of the sound absorbing member 2.

Next, the actual configuration of the sound absorbing member 2 will be described. In the cross section of the sound absorbing member 2 shown in FIG. 4, beam members 10, 10 having a length extending over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the sound absorbing member 2 are provided at at least upper and lower right and left corner positions. It is arranged in a steel shape. Accordingly, regarding the beam member 10, the invention of the prior application (Japanese Patent Application No. H8-209,199), which was formed in the shape of a square pipe, was used.
-214452). Further, another beam member 11 is disposed at the center, and a scaffold plate 12 made of a perforated plate is provided between the upper surfaces of the beam members 10 and 11. Thus, the strength and rigidity required as a scaffolding material is ensured, and the width 290 is set so as to be suitable for human walking.
A flat walking surface of about mm is formed. In the case of FIG.
As the beam members 10 and 11 and the scaffold plate 12, a molded product obtained by integrally extruding lightweight aluminum to an average plate thickness of about 2 mm is used. Further, in the portion of the scaffold plate 12, as shown in FIG. 1, holes 13 having a diameter of about 16 are intensively punched to form a perforated plate having an aperture ratio of about 25%. It is configured to be able to absorb the sound and the noise generated by the traveling vehicle on the elevated road and transmitted to the back side.

Below the beam members 10 and 10 at the left and right corners, a stainless steel expanded metal having a plate thickness of 0.6 mm, an aperture ratio of about 70%, and a small unit weight is formed in a downward semi-circular shape. Both end portions of the exterior plate 14 formed into a (or U-shaped) are attached by means such as rivets or tapping screws. The reason why the exterior plate 14 is formed into a downward semicircular shape is to efficiently absorb noise rising from a lower road from multiple or multiple sides.

Thus, the above-mentioned beam members 10 and 11 and scaffold plate 1
A sound absorbing material 15, 16, 17 formed by laminating and bonding a number of inorganic fiber material sheets such as glass wool is housed in a space surrounded by the outer plate 2 and the exterior plate 14. The sound absorbing members 15, 16, 17 are integrated by bonding their contact surfaces to each other. In particular, the sound absorbing material 15 is formed into a hollow structure having an outer diameter of about 170 mm and an inner diameter of about 70 mm, thereby reducing the weight without deteriorating the sound absorbing effect. This is because even in the case of a hollow structure, the sound that reaches the hollow portion is diffusely reflected and absorbed. Further, a gap G of a size suitable for the sound absorbing action (generally about several mm) is provided over substantially the entire circumference of the sound absorbing material 15 between the hollow sound absorbing material 15 and the exterior material 14. The fact that the existence of the gap G exerts an excellent sound absorbing effect is described, for example, in the September 1995 1995 Japanese Noise Control Engineering Society Technical Presentation Lecture Paper (P31).

The sound-absorbing member according to the present invention is used in a sound-absorbing system for a scaffold on the backside of an elevated road, as a structure that also serves as a scaffolding plate, and that constitutes a design that does not impair the cityscape. It not only absorbs noise coming from below the elevated road, but also positively absorbs the reflected sound from the underside of the elevated road and the noise generated by traveling vehicles on the elevated road and transmitted to the underside. Therefore, while conforming to the concept of emphasizing the cityscape, it exhibits excellent sound absorption performance (average sound absorption rate is 90% or more), and also functions as a scaffold, contributing to environmental conservation by reducing road traffic noise.
