Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a returnable case wherein a stacked height of disassembled constitutional members is as low as possible, the number of stackable cases on a container in a disassembled and stored state is largely increased, and rigidity is increased. SOLUTION: The returnable case comprises a rectangular skid 1 to be a bottom frame, a pair of shorter side frames 3, 3 removably coupled to opposite short sides and long sides of the skid and a pair of longer side frames 4, 4 wherein the case can be freely assembled/disassembled. In this case, when the shorter side frame 3 and the longer side frame 4 are removed and made fall down on the skid 1 and respective upper side frame members 3a, 4a reassembled to separate away from each other in opposite directions, respective corner pillars 3b, 4b and reinforcing pillars 3c, 4c do not cross but are fitted between the opposite corner pillar and the reinforcing pillar approximately in parallel and at the same height.

No. 0 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-277331. These returnable cases include a rectangular skid serving as a bottom frame, two short-side frames detachably connected to opposing short sides of the skid, and two short-side frames detachably connected to opposing long sides of the skid.
It is composed of two long-side frames, and when disassembling and storing this returnable case, the two short-side frames are placed on the skid so that they do not overlap,
Two long side frames are stacked on top of it,
The height at which the two short-side frames and the two long-side frames overlap each other is the corner member that is provided at the four corners of the skid and that connects the lower ends of the corner posts of the adjacent short-side frames and long-side frames. Those that fit within the height and were stacked in this way could be stacked.

In a returnable case such as the above-mentioned conventional example, the returnable case is disassembled, and one layer of two short side frames and two long sides are placed on a frame forming a skid. Since two layers of the frame are stacked on a total of three layers, the stacking height is relatively high. For example, only 16 layers can be stacked and stored in a container of a predetermined size. Was. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and the height of the disassembled storage state is made as low as possible, and the number of containers that can be stacked in a predetermined size container in the storage state is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a returnable case that can be significantly increased and is rigid and can be assembled and disassembled.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rectangular skid serving as a bottom frame, and a pair of short side frames detachably connected to opposing short and long sides of the skid. In a returnable case that can be assembled and disassembled and includes a pair of long side frames, the skid is provided with leg members at a desired interval on a lower surface of a rectangular frame and a plurality of sliding members at a constant interval on an upper surface. The short side frame and the long side frame are formed by providing a corner member for detachably connecting the lower end portions of the short side frame and the long side frame adjacent to four corners, and the short side frame and the long side frame are perpendicular to both ends or near both ends of the upper side frame material. Connecting means for connecting a corner post to the upper frame member, connecting a reinforcing post vertically to the middle portion or near the middle portion of the upper frame material, and detachably connecting the upper corner portions of the short side frame and the long side frame to each other. Formed and provided, the short side frame and the long side frame are removed and fall down on the skid, and when the respective upper side frame materials are combined so as to be separated to opposite sides, the respective corner struts and reinforcing struts are formed. The returnable case is characterized in that it is configured so as to be fitted between the corner support and the reinforcement support on the other side at substantially the same height without being intersected.

As described above, according to the present invention, one of the short side frames and one of the long side frames obtained by disassembling the returnable case are oriented so that the upper frame members are separated to the opposite sides. When mated and combined, each corner support and reinforcement support are fitted between the opposite corner support and reinforcement support at approximately the same height and at the same height without crossing each other. The other short side frame and long side frame combined in the same manner are placed on one short side frame and long side frame which are fitted and combined and placed, so that two layers of skid are placed on the skid. The stacking height is lower than the returnable case as in the conventional example, and the stacking amount in a predetermined container is correspondingly increased, which is extremely advantageous in storage and transportation. .

According to the returnable case according to the second aspect of the present invention, the corner columns of the short side frame and the lower ends of the reinforcing columns are inserted and connected to both short sides of the frame.
The first plug-in connection member is provided, and the second plug-in connection member to which the lower end portion of the reinforcing column of the long side frame is plugged and connected near the middle portion of the rib pieces on both long sides of the frame body. Therefore, rattling during assembly can be prevented, and the rigidity of the short side frame and the long side frame can be increased. Furthermore, since the lower end of the reinforcing column of the short side frame is formed longer than the lower end of both corner columns of the short side frame, the positioning of the short side frame can be easily performed only by inserting the lower end of the central reinforcing column during assembly. Can be. According to the returnable case according to the third aspect of the present invention, since the welding hole and the welding margin are provided in the corner member, the welding operation is facilitated by the welding hole, and the corner member is formed into a rib piece by the welding margin. Can be welded firmly.
