この発明は、品物を収納して保管や輸送に用いられる、組立・分解自在なリターナブルケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のリターナブルケースは、例えば本出願人が先に出願した特開平6−312740号公報、特開平6−312741号公報、特開平7−277330号公報、特開平7−277331号公報に開示されているようなものがある。
これらのリターナブルケースは、底フレームとなる矩形のスキッドと、スキッドの対向する短辺に着脱自在に連結される2枚の短辺フレームと、スキッドの対向する長辺に着脱自在に連結される2枚の長辺フレームとで構成され、このリターナブルケースを分解して保管や輸送するときには、スキッドの上に2枚の短辺フレームを倒して重ならない状態で載置し、その上に2枚の長辺フレームが重なるように積み重ね、これら2枚の短辺フレームと2枚の長辺フレームとを重ねた高さが、スキッドの四隅に設けた、隣接する短辺フレームと長辺フレームのコーナー支柱の下端部を連結するコーナー部材の高さ以内に収まり、このように積み重ねたものが、段積みできるようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例のようなリターナブルケースにおいては、それを分解して、スキッドを形成する枠体の上に2枚の短辺フレームによる1層と2枚の長辺フレームによる2層の合計3層に積み重なるので、その積み重ね高さが比較的高くなり、このように積み重ねたものは、例えば、所定の大きさのコンテナに16段しか段積み収納することができなかった。
この発明は、上述したような課題を解決するためになされたもので、分解した収納状態の高さを可能な限り低くして、収納状態で所定の大きさのコンテナに段積み可能な数を大幅に増加させ、しかも剛性のある組立・分解自在なリターナブルケースを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、前記目的を達成するため、底フレームとなる矩形のスキッドと、スキッドの対向する短辺および長辺に着脱自在に連結される一対の短辺フレームと一対の長辺フレームからなる組立・分解自在なリターナブルケースにおいて、前記スキッドは、矩形の枠体の下面に所望間隔で脚材を、上面に一定間隔で複数の滑材を設け、枠体の四隅に隣接する前記短辺フレームと前記長辺フレームの下端部を着脱自在に連結するコーナー部材を設けて形成され、前記短辺フレームと長辺フレームは、上辺フレーム材の両端又は両端近傍に垂直にコーナー支柱を連結し、上辺フレーム材の中間部又は中間部近傍に垂直に補強支柱を連結し、短辺フレームと長辺フレームの上角部を互いに着脱自在に連結する連結手段を設けて形成され、前記短辺フレームと長辺フレームを取り外して前記スキッド上に倒し、それぞれの上辺フレーム材が互いに反対側に離れるように向けて組合せたときに、それぞれのコーナー支柱と補強支柱が、交差しないでほぼ平行で同一高さに互いに相手側のコーナー支柱と補強支柱の間に嵌合されるように構成したことを特徴とするリターナブルケースとした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明のリターナブルケースの実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

また、補強アーム5は、図18(a)に詳細に示すように、その両端に垂直に上辺フレーム材4aの中間部に嵌合する逆凹状の係合片5aが設けられ、この係合片5aの外側の左右に孔5b,5bが穿設されている。このように、左右に孔5b,5bが穿設されているのは、補強アーム5がどちら向きでも、上辺フレーム材4aとこれに垂直に設けた補強支柱4cとの隅に設けた補強板4gに突設した突起13と前記いずれかの孔5bが合致して嵌合し得るためである。更に、係合片5aの上端には凹溝5cが刻設され、この凹溝5cには前記枠体2の脚材2c′が嵌合可能で、組立てられたリターナブルケースをがたつくことなく安定して積載することができる。

そして、最後に、図13および図14に示すように、枠体2の対向する長辺2b,2bとなるリブ片2h,2h間に補強アーム5の両端の係合片5a,5aを嵌合する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、この発明によれば、リターナブルケースを分解した一方の短辺フレームと一方の長辺フレームは、それぞれの上辺フレーム材が互いに反対側に離れるように向けて嵌合して組合せたときに、それぞれのコーナー支柱と補強支柱が、交差しないでほぼ平行で同一高さに互いに相手側のコーナー支柱と補強支柱の間に嵌合されるので、スキッドの上に嵌合して組合せて載置した一方の短辺フレームと長辺フレームの上に、更に、同様に組合わせた他方の短辺フレームと長辺フレームを載置するので、スキッド上に2層の積み重ねとなり、従来例のようなリターナブルケースに比べて、その積み重ね高さは低くなり、それだけ所定コンテナへの段積み収納量が多くなり、保管および輸送において極めて有利となる。

また、この発明の請求項3に記載のリターナブルケースによれば、コーナー部材に溶接用孔と溶接しろを設けたので、溶接用孔により溶接作業が容易となり、溶接しろによりコーナー部材をリブ片に強固に溶接することができる。
