きが大きくなってしまうという性質をもっており、少量
包装が難しかった。本発明は、上記のような性質を持つ
粉粒体チーズを、少量包装単位、特に3グラムから10
グラムの包装単位で自動連続的に包装容器に供給できる
新発明の粉体チーズの定量供給装置に関するものであ
る。

駆動ギア(16)と原料を受け入れる充填ホッパー

いる。充填ホッパー(2)の内部で常時攪拌棒(10)
が回転することで噴出ノズル(21)が粉粒体チーズA
を機械的に攪拌すると共に噴出ノズル(21)の先端の
窒素ガス噴出口(18)から窒素ガス噴出することによ
って粉粒体チーズAの流動性を高める。一定時間経過す
ることによって充填ホッパー(2)の内部の粉粒体チー
ズAの密度は均一化する。計量部は、原料供給部の下部
に位置し、計量升プレート(3)並びに計量升プレート
(3)を前後に移動させるエアーシリンダー(7)と計
量升プレート(3)の下部に位置するシャッタープレー
ト(4)並びにシャッタープレート(4)を前後に移動
させるエアーシリンダー(6)から構成される。計量升
プレート(3)は、原料供給部の充填ホッパー(2)の
下部が密閉されるようにシャッタープレートの役目をす

タープレートの役目をし、充填ホッパー(2)の下部に
計量孔(21)の穿設された部分が移動することによっ
て粉粒体チーズAを計量孔(21)に移し計量する役目
をする。計量孔(21)に入った粉粒体チーズAは計量
升プレート(3)とシャッタープレート(4)が同時に
充填ロート(5)の上部に計量孔(21)が位置するよ
うにエアーシリンダー(7)および(6)によって移動
する。計量孔(21)が充填ロート(5)の上に移動し
た時にシャッタープレート(3)のみが移動して計量孔
(21)の下部が開きそこに入っていた粉粒体チーズA
