Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to smoothly and easily manufacture a nose pad and to keep magnetism, by magnetizing only a second member of a hinge core. SOLUTION: A first member 12 constituting the hinge core 11 is constituted of a metal material, and on the other hand, the second member 13 is constituted of the material capable of becoming a permanent magnet. Further, the first member 12 is provided with a glasses frame joint part 12A for joining with a glasses frame. Adhesive with thermosensitivity for joining is laid between the first member 12 and the second member 13, and further, the whole outside of the hinge core 11 is plated. Further, the nose pad main body 16 is molded by synthetic resin, and a part excepting the glasses frame joint part 12A of the hinge core 11 is buried in the nose pad main body 16 at a molding time. In the nose pad 10 constituted in such a manner, only the second member constituted of the material capable of becoming the permanent magnet is magnetized.

As glasses for promoting blood circulation around the eyes and healing eye fatigue, as described above,
When the entire butterfly core is magnetized, when the nose pad body is formed as a mold, the butterfly core is adsorbed to a location different from the part where the butterfly core of the die for molding is fixed. There has been a problem that the nose pad cannot be accurately positioned on the mold and cannot be manufactured because of this. In addition, if the butterfly core is manufactured using only a material that can be used as a permanent magnet, there is a problem in that the butterfly core is often damaged during manufacturing, and manufacturing is difficult. In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable to use a magnetic material having hardness, but these magnets are demagnetized relatively early after being magnetized, which is not practical. Was.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, a nose pad for eyeglasses of the present invention is made of a metal material, a first member having an eyeglass frame joint, and a second member made of a material that can be a permanent magnet. The two members comprise a butterfly core formed by abutting through a heat-sensitive adhesive, and a nose pad main body in which a part of the butterfly core except for the eyeglass frame joint is embedded by molding. It is characterized in that two members are magnetized. It is preferable that the entire outside of the butterfly core is plated. It is most preferable to use hard ferrite as a material that can be used as the permanent magnet. Further, the nose pad body is preferably molded by plastic molding.

FIGS. 3 to 5 show a butterfly core abutting step in the method of manufacturing a nose pad for eyeglasses of the present invention, FIGS. 6 and 7 show a nose pad body forming step, and FIG. 8 shows a magnetizing step. . In the butterfly core abutment step, first, as shown in FIG.
The first member 12 of the butterfly core 11 having the abutment portion 12A and the second member 12B, the second member 13 of the butterfly core 11 made of a material that can be a permanent magnet, and a heat-sensitive adhesive 14
Is prepared, and an adhesive 14 is interposed between the first member 12 and the second member 13. Next, as shown in FIG.
4, the second member abutment portion 12B of the first member 12 and the second member 13 are abutted. Further, the second member 12
After the member abutment portion 12B and the second member 13 are abutted via the adhesive material 14 to form the butterfly core 11, plating 15 is applied to the entire outside of the butterfly core 11 as shown in FIG. This completes the butterfly core abutment process. Here, the plating 15 is applied to the entire outside of the butterfly core 11 because the first member 12 and the second member 13 are brought into contact with each other via the adhesive material 14 at room temperature, so that the adhesive force is relatively low. This is for preventing the raw material of the nose pad body 16 from being separated due to fluid pressure when pouring the raw material of the nose pad body 16 in the following nose pad body forming step.

In the nose pad body forming step, as shown in FIG.
The first eyeglass frame joint 12A is inserted and positioned, and the mold 21 and the mold 22 are abutted. Butted mold 2
The material of the nose pad body 16 is poured into the mold 1 and the mold 22, and the nose pad body 16 is formed in a molding groove 23 between the molds 21 and 22. At this time, since the heat treatment is performed in a relatively high temperature state, the heat-sensitive adhesive 14 melts and the first member 12 and the second member 13 are thermally joined. The material of the nose pad body 16 is the eyeglass frame joint 1 of the butterfly core 11.
It is fused to the part except 2A. When the poured raw material of the nose pad main body 16 solidifies according to the mold, the nose pad main body forming step ends.

FIG. 8 is a view showing a state in which the nose pad 10 shown in FIG. 7 is magnetized. While transporting the completed nose pad 10 with the first member 12 of the butterfly core 11 facing upward, the second member 13 of the butterfly core 11 made of a material that can be a permanent magnet is formed of a coil. It is magnetized by the electromagnets 24, 24 or a solenoid. Although magnetized as described above in the present embodiment, it is not necessary to convey by a belt conveyor, and it may be magnetized by a method such as placing it on a magnetized table one by one by a manufacturing robot or human hands. Good. Also, in magnetizing, the electromagnets 24 and 24 are not limited to solenoids.

It is preferable to use ferrite as a material that can be a permanent magnet used for the second member 13 of the butterfly core 11. Further, as a material of the heat-sensitive adhesive 14,
It is preferable to use heat-sensitive acrylic, epoxy resin, polyester, or the like. Further, as the plating means 15, gold plating or chrome plating is preferable. Further, when the nose pad body 16 is molded at a temperature close to the melting point of metal and the burning point of a material that can be a permanent magnet, the butterfly core 1
Plastic molding is preferred, as there is a risk that the material 1 will melt or the material that can become a permanent magnet will burn out.

In consideration of the fact that the butterfly core 11 is embedded in the nose pad body 16 and that the effect of magnetizing the second member 13 can be maximized,
The first member 12 may be provided with a second member abutment portion 12B having a plane area larger than that of the eyeglass frame joint portion 12A, and the thickness of the second member abutment portion 12B and the thickness of the second member 13 may be approximately 0.1 mm. The thickness is preferably 5 mm, and the thickness of the nose pad body 16 is preferably approximately 2.0 mm. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the first member 12 and the second member 13 of the butterfly core 11 have a square shape, but may have a circular shape.

As described above, according to the nose pad for eyeglasses and the method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention, the first member made of a metal material and having the eyeglass frame joint, and the second member made of a material that can be a permanent magnet And a nose pad body in which a portion excluding the eyeglass frame joint portion of the butterfly core is embedded by molding to form a second member. Due to the magnetization, the portion to be magnetized is only the second member of the butterfly core, and the second member of the butterfly core is surrounded by the nose pad body and the first member of the butterfly core made of a metal material. Therefore, there is no possibility of breakage at the time of manufacturing, and smooth and stable magnetization can be performed. In addition, the magnetized second member becomes a permanent magnet. Cannot be manufactured It can be provided as a magnetic-filled glasses Tsu.

Since the entire outer surface of the butterfly core is plated, when the material for the nose pad main body is poured in the process of forming the nose pad main body, the first member and the second member having relatively weak adhesive strength are formed. Since the first member and the second member can be prevented from being separated by the intervening fluid pressure or the like, the nose pad body can be smoothly molded. Also, by using hard ferrite as a material that can be a permanent magnet of the second member of the butterfly core,
Since the magnetism can be maintained for a longer time than materials that can be used as other permanent magnets, the practicality as magnetic glasses is further enhanced. Furthermore, when molding the nose pad body,
Mold the nose pad body with plastic that has a melting point lower than the melting point of the butterfly core and higher than the melting point of the adhesive, so that the shape of the butterfly core does not deform and the adhesive melts and the adhesive strength increases. By molding, the nose pad body can be easily molded.
