Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive for forming a gap, capable of removing disadvantages in which operations to insert a nonmagnetic material into the gap located in the interior of a transformer bobbin have been difficult to cause an increase in production cost when mutually fixing two joining areas while maintaining the prescribed gap and realizing the joining and fixing with the maintained gap at a good operating efficiency even when the joining areas are present in any narrow position. SOLUTION: This adhesive for forming a gap is used for joining two joining areas in a state of the prescribed gap maintained therebetween and obtained by mixing a spacer material having a prescribed particle diameter in an adhesive. The adhesive for forming the gap is applied between the joining areas of ferrite cores constituting a transformer and the spacer material is composed of a nonmagnetic material.

2. Description of the Related Art As a method of adjusting the characteristics of a ferrite core constituting a transformer, a nonmagnetic material 2 having a constant thickness is sandwiched between the joint surfaces of a pair of cores 1, 1 as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the gap G is formed by notching a part of the joint surface. When manufacturing a transformer, the metal fittings 4 as shown in the figure are used to prevent the displacement of the two cores 1 and 1 while applying an appropriate amount of pressure to prevent the characteristics from fluctuating. Gap G due to weak strength
It was easy for the end face of the protrusion 1A on the side pressed by the metal fittings in the core constituting the above to crack.

In the transformer, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusions 1A and 1A at the center of the three protrusions of the E-type ferrite cores 1 and 1 are formed in both holes in the hole 5a of the transformer bobbin 5. It is manufactured by fixing with the metal fitting 4 as described above in the state of being inserted from the side, and in order to solve the above problems in this transformer, as shown in FIG. The plate-shaped non-magnetic material 2 may be sandwiched between the end surfaces (bonding surfaces) of 1A and 1A, but the non-magnetic material 2 in the central portion located in the hole 5a of the trans bobbin 5 is positioned in the hole. Therefore, not only the workability is extremely poor and the manufacturing process is complicated, but also the manufacturing cost is reduced. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and when fixing two joining portions while maintaining a predetermined gap, while positioning the non-magnetic material in the gap located inside the trans bobbin. It eliminates the disadvantage that the work of pinching is difficult and causes the increase of manufacturing cost, and it is easy to work and maintain the gap regardless of the narrow position of the joint surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive for forming a gap that can realize the above.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The embodiments of the present invention shown in the accompanying drawings will be described in detail below. 1A and 1B show a method of forming a gap between cores using an adhesive for forming a gap as an example of one embodiment of the present invention. Each of the E-shaped cores 10 and 10 constituting a transformer is shown. Protrusions 10, 10b, 10
It is characteristic that the adhesive 12 containing the gap material 11 is used as a means for joining (fixing the gap) the end faces (joining faces) of c through the gap. This gap material 11
Is a sphere made of, for example, a heat-resistant non-magnetic material, and each gap material 11 is configured to have the same diameter in order to keep the gap constant. An appropriate amount of this gap material 11 mixed in the adhesive 12 is applied to the protruding end surface of one core, and in this state, the core is moderately pressed and hardened by using a metal fitting, a heat-resistant tape, or the like. The necessary inter-core gap can be formed and necessary and sufficient bonding strength can be obtained.

If all the joint surfaces between the cores are joined by using the adhesive of the present invention, the joining strength is sufficient, and the metal fitting can be eliminated. Further, since the space between the protrusions that are opposed to each other is held by the gap material, cracks that are likely to occur when assembling a low-strength core can be prevented and quality can be guaranteed. If gap materials having different sizes (particle diameters) are used, the size of the gap can be changed and the versatility will be improved. Using the gap forming adhesive of the present invention,
When the joining surfaces located in the holes 5a in the trans bobbin 5 as shown in FIG. 3 are joined with a predetermined gap (fixing the gap), the adhesive for gap formation of the present invention is provided on one joining surface. It is sufficient to insert the protrusions 1A and 1A having both joint surfaces into the holes 5a in a state in which an appropriate amount of is applied, and to join the protrusions, no special complicated work is required, workability is improved, and manufacturing cost is reduced. It can be reduced. The adhesive containing the gap material of the present invention is applicable not only to the transformer but also to a general joining structure between members that need to be joined while maintaining a constant gap. Therefore, it goes without saying that various types of gap materials, adhesive materials, and physical properties can be selected according to the purpose of use and application site of the adhesive. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the shape of the gap material is described as a spherical shape, but the shape is not limited to this. For example, if the gap material can be laminated in the thickness direction of the adhesive, a cubic shape is used. May be used as the gap material. Further, when the stacking of the gap material is not preferable, a polyhedral shape may be used instead of the cubic shape.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a gap forming adhesive for joining two joining surfaces while maintaining a predetermined gap, the gap forming adhesive having a predetermined gap. The interstitial material, which is a plurality of spherical bodies having a particle size,
It is a mixture with an adhesive, and the above-mentioned gap forming adhesive can be applied between the bonding surfaces of the ferrite cores constituting the transformer. Therefore, when fixing the two joints while maintaining a predetermined gap,
It is difficult to insert the non-magnetic material into the gap located inside the trans bobbin while positioning the non-magnetic material, and it is possible to eliminate the disadvantage that the manufacturing cost is increased. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize the joining and fixing while maintaining the gap with good workability regardless of the narrow position of the joining surface.
