Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a lid, wherein the lid which has an arcuate cross section and is rotatably supported in an eccentric condition is disposed such that it faces an opening, and an engaging portion formed in the rear end portion of the lid and the front end portion of the lid are respectively brought into contact with a seal member and a stopper which are respectively mounted on the upper and lower portions of the opening to obtain a closed condition. SOLUTION: In a ventilator for natural ventilation installed in a sash unit, a space is defined between an outdoor-side ventilation cover 7 mounted in an opening 6 formed in an outer frame 5 and an indoor-side ventilation cover 8 mounted on the outer frame. In the space, a lid 11 which has both side walls 9 thereof rotatably supported by a rotary shaft 10 is arranged such that is faces the opening 6. In the above construction, a seal member 12 is mounted on and along the upper portion of the inside of the opening 6, while a stopper 14 is mounted on and along the lower portion of the inside of the opening 6, wherein the stopper 14 is brought into contact with a front end portion 13 of the lid 11 which has an arcuate cross-sectional outer peripheral surface and is provided with an engaging portion 15 which protrudes in a peripheral direction. ャッター板1の回動支軸2と室内側に装備した操作ロッ
ドとの間に操作ロッドの昇降運動を回動支軸2の回転運
動に変換する回動操作手段を介在させると共に上記回動
支軸2と同一水平線上をトッグル死点として該トッグル
死点を越える方向に応じシャッター板の閉蓋方向と開蓋
方向とに回動支軸に択一的にばね圧を付勢するトッグル
機構を上記回動操作手段に具備させた構造となってい
る。
