SOLUTION: A protrusion comprising a protrusion base part and a protrusion upper part 1 made of polyvinyl chloride resin is manufactured, and a round hole to correspond to an inner circle of the protrusion base part is made in an upper sheet 4 of flocked polyvinyl chloride. The protrusion upper part is inserted into the round hole from the bottom, and the upper sheet 4 of flocked polyvinyl chloride and a connecting part 6 for the protrusion base part are bonded in the shape of a ring with high frequency heat. An air-intake and exhaust valve is bonded to a lower sheet of flocked polyvinyl chloride with high frequency heat. A gusset made of playvinyl chloride sheet is bonded to the upper sheet of flocked polyvinyl chloride with the protrusion and the lower sheet of flocked polyvinyl chloride with the valve with high frequency heat, and the peripheries of the both sheets are welded with high frequency heat.

の技法が開示され、当初の目的を達成することができ
た。しかし、この技法は、植毛加工されていない通常の
塩化ビニールシートに突起を接着する製作工程が予め必
要であった。このため作業能率が悪く、人件費、又、材
料費が高くなり、同時に製品も少し重たくなる等の欠点
があった。

波の熱で接着する。なお、点線は、突起基底部2の外円
部を示し、見えない部分である。 (ニ)図5に示すように、同様の手法で、突起を植毛加
工塩化ビニールの上部シート4の複数箇所に高周波の熱
で接着する。 (ホ)図6に示すように、植毛加工塩化ビニールの下部
シート7に、空気入出のバルブ8を高周波の熱で接着す
る。 (ヘ)図7に示すように、塩化ビニールシートでできた
マチ9を、突起付き植毛加工塩化ビニールの上部シート
4と、バルブ付き植毛加工塩化ビニールの下部シート7
に高周波の熱で接着し、さらに、両シートの周辺部を高
周波の熱で接着する。なお、クッション本体の形状・サ
イズ及び突起の配置は、使用目的によって異なるが、図
8〜12は、それらの実施例で、空気枕を含む各種クッ
ションを製作することができる。

も良くなった。従って、塩化ビニールシートのネチネチ
する、塩ビぽい感触をなくし、同時に、カバーを装着す
る必要がなく、価格は安くなり、乗物などで使用する場
合も、持ち運びが軽く、便利になった。なお、本発明に
より、従来から市販されている植毛加工塩化ビニールシ
ートを使用した各種エアクッションにも、効率よく、し
かも経済的に安く塩化ビニール樹脂の突起を接着するこ
とが可能となり、商品の付加価値を高めることができる
ようになった。すなわち、従来のエアクッションのも
つ、空気圧特有のソフトな感触による人体のサポートに
加えて、突起のもつ血行を良くし、凝りをほぐす等の指
圧効果がある。さらに、突起によりクッションの通気性
を良くし、又、突起が人体に接する体圧を分散させるた
め、長時間の使用にも疲労が少なく、腰痛防止等の相乗
効果を得ることができる。
