When the above-mentioned corrugated tube 1 with a groove is used, the corrugated tube 1 can be mounted relatively easily even when the exterior area is long, but since it has the groove 1a, As shown in FIG. 7 (C), the corrugated tube 1 is protected from being damaged by the wire protruding from the groove.
The tape T must be wound in a half-wrap around the outer periphery of the above, and there is a problem in workability. On the other hand, in the case of using the split groove-free corrugated tube 1 ′, there is no problem in terms of damage to the electric wire, but since the electric wire with the terminal is directly inserted into the corrugated tube 1 ′, the terminal 2 is caught by the unevenness of the inner periphery, and the Insertion work is troublesome, especially if the exterior area is long,
The insertion work was extremely difficult due to the terminal 2 being hooked and the wire itself being broken. In addition, although the conventional corrugated tube has flexibility, it returns to a linear shape by the elastic restoring force when the application of the bending force is released, so that the shape is fixed three-dimensionally according to the wiring harness wiring configuration. It was difficult.
