In the above-mentioned wire harness formed by bundling a large number of electric wires, it is necessary to avoid a short circuit with a vehicle body panel, for example, a battery to which a voltage is constantly applied. It is preferable that the power supply line directly connected to the power supply line be located at the center of the cross section of the bundled electric wires and not at the outer periphery. That is, since a large amount of current flows through the power supply line, it is preferable that the power supply line be located at a center position where disconnection is unlikely to occur due to interference from a vehicle panel or the like.

However, in the conventional method of binding a wire harness shown in FIG.
With respect to a, a large number of electric wires W are inserted at random from the upper end opening, and there is no means for positioning and holding the specific electric wire to be positioned at the center position of the power supply line or the like at the center of the electric wire group. At the time of wiring work, it is only necessary for the worker to bind while positioning the specific wires at the center, but if the worker does not know which wires are the specific wires, it is not possible to position these specific wires at the center. Absent. On the other hand, when recognizing the specific electric wires and positioning the specific electric wires at the center position when attempting to bind them with the tape 3, since the specific electric wires are usually a plurality of wires, the specific electric wires are usually positioned around these specific electric wires. It is not easy to unite.

Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to surely solve the problem that the specific electric wire WS to be located at the center of the cross section of the wire harness may be located at the outer peripheral portion of the wire harness. Did not.

[0006] In order to solve the above problem, as shown in FIG. 7, a binding device 4 dedicated to specific electric wire positioning has been proposed. (Actual opening flat 1-122574) The tying member 4 is provided with three projections 4b extending radially on the outer periphery of a substantially annular holding member 4a, and the specific wire W is provided on the holding member 4a.
-Specific electric wire and tying tool 4 with tape in a state where -S is accommodated.
In a state where other general electric wires W are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the holding member 4a of the specific electric wire WS, the outer peripheries of these converged electric wires are bound by the tape 3 to form a wire harness. .

In the case where the binding device 4 is used, a plurality of projections 4
Since the tape 3 is wound along the outer peripheral surface of b, the outer diameter of the wire harness to be bundled needs to correspond to the outer diameter of the tying tool 4. Therefore, there is a problem that it is necessary to prepare various types of the tying members 4 made of different parts according to the change of the outer diameter of the wire harness. Further, since the shape of the holding member 4a has a large opening and is open outward, the specific electric wire WS is more likely to come out of the holding member 4a, and may not be positioned and held at the center of the wire harness. Since there is no means for holding the electric wires W to be arranged, there is a problem that it takes time and effort to wind the tape in order to bundle the entire electric wire group.

Alternatively, a tying member having wing portions projecting from both sides of an outer surface of a sheet-like base made of a flexible material and spaced apart from each other is used, and the wing portion is provided on the inner surface of the base portion of the tying member. A specific electric wire is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the projecting side portions, and in this state, the base is wound into a cylindrical shape with the specific electric wire wound inside, and a double-sided tape is wrapped around the outer periphery of the specific electric wire holding portion. Then, on the outer peripheral surface of the specific electric wire holding portion, the general electric wires are respectively inserted into the general electric wire accommodating spaces partitioned by the blade portions projecting from both sides in the axial direction, and the general electric wires are temporarily fixed by the double-sided tape. Then, the present invention provides a method for binding a wire harness, wherein an adhesive tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the general electric wire while bending the wing portion in accordance with the amount of the general electric wire, and then tied.

4. A flexible member having a cylindrical specific electric wire holding portion for inserting and holding a specific electric wire, and a plurality of blade portions projecting from both outer circumferential surfaces in both axial directions of the specific electric wire holding portion. After passing the specific wire through the specific wire holding portion of the binding device using the binding device made of a material, the general wires are passed through the plurality of general wire receiving spaces partitioned by the wings on the outer peripheral surface of the specific wire holding portion. Thereafter, the adhesive tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the general electric wire while bending the wing portion in accordance with the amount of the general electric wire, and the bundle is tied.

5. A binding device comprising a sheet-like base made of a flexible material, and a wing portion protruding at intervals on opposite sides of an outer surface of the sheet-like base portion, wherein the wing portion is provided on an inner surface of the base portion of the binding device. A specific electric wire is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the projecting side portions, and in this state, the base is wound into a cylindrical shape with the specific electric wire wound inside, and a double-sided tape is wrapped around the outer periphery of the specific electric wire holding portion. Then, on the outer peripheral surface of the specific electric wire holding portion, the general electric wires are inserted into the general electric wire accommodating spaces partitioned by the blades projecting from both sides in the axial direction, and the general electric wires are temporarily fixed by the double-sided tape. Thereafter, an adhesive tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the general electric wire while bending the wing portion in accordance with the amount of the general electric wire, and the bundle is bound.
