On the other hand, since the clothes storage body 61 is fixed to the washing and dewatering tub 2, the clothes in the clothes storage body 61 receive a compressive force due to cloth movement of ordinary clothes, and this compressive force becomes a variable load. Accordingly, the inner net 61a and the outer net 61b are made of a sufficient wear strength and tensile strength against the cloth moving force of ordinary clothes in the washing and dewatering tub 2, and a metallic material such as a zipper attached to the clothes. It is necessary to have a sufficient tear strength against the hooking of steel.

[0099] The strength of the inner net 61a is ensured by an optimum thread thickness and an optimum knitting structure. Although the strength of the yarn increases in proportion to the thickness and the life is prolonged, the rigidity of the net also increases. The above-described push-washing effect depends on the flexibility of the inner net 61a, and an increase in the rigidity of the net causes a decrease in the push-washing effect.
The result is that it is better to set it to about denier.

That is, when the amount of clothes in the clothes storage body 61 is small, the amount of protrusion of the inner net 61a toward the center of the tank is small, so that cloth movement inhibition of ordinary clothes outside the clothes storage body 61 is minimized. At the same time, the compressive force due to the cloth movement of ordinary clothes is reduced, and an appropriate push-washing effect suitable for the amount of clothes in the clothes storage body 61 can be obtained.

Next, the outer net 61b may be made of the same material and the same rigidity as the inner net 61a. However, if the outer net 61b is set to be hard by the fiber thickness, material, heat treatment, coating, etc., the overall rigidity can be improved. Therefore, the rigidity load of the frame portion 61c can be reduced, and simplification can be achieved. In addition, outside net 61b
Can be set to have lower rigidity than the inner net 61a because it does not directly receive the compressive force and the abrasion force due to the cloth movement of ordinary clothes in the washing and dewatering tub 2.

The material of the inner net 61a and the outer net 61b must be made of 100% polyester or at least a plurality of materials mainly composed of polyester. This is because chemical resistance to detergents, bleaching agents, soft finishing agents, and the like used in general washing is required, and polyester is most suitable in consideration of water resistance, shrink resistance, and the like.

If the mesh of the inner net 61a is set finer than the mesh of the outer net 61b, the area of direct contact between the clothes in the clothes container 61 and the clothes put into the washing and dewatering tub 2 is further reduced. Therefore, it is possible to improve the effect of preventing color transfer of a color object and preventing re-adhesion of dirt on a dirt object.

The method of incorporating the antibacterial material into the polyester fiber is generally a method in which the antibacterial material is fixed to the raw material of the knitted net by post-processing. By constructing the embedded synthetic yarns at substantially equal intervals at a rate of several to several tens of percent, or by forming copper-containing fibers at substantially equal intervals instead of the synthetic yarns, the antibacterial power is reduced. Sustainability can be improved.

In the present embodiment, the size of the clothes container 61 which does not hinder the cloth movement of the clothes in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is 50% or less in total with respect to the inner wall circumference of the washing and dewatering tub 2. It is known experimentally that the capacity is good, so that the rated capacity of the clothes storage body 61 is 200 g each, and 400 g of two pieces (5% of the rated washing capacity) is considered. Incidentally, when actually using the clothes storage body 61 for washing, it is necessary to put the laundry into both clothes storage bodies 61 approximately equally, but the weight of the laundry is reduced every time the clothes are stored. It is troublesome to measure. In order to solve this, a guide for the weight of each garment and a combination table of distribution may be described in the instruction manual.

Further, since the washing net itself is placed under standard stirring conditions, it is subjected to the same mechanical force as ordinary clothes, such as twisting, expansion and contraction, and cloth entanglement, and is therefore protected by the net. On the other hand, the washing mechanism of the present invention is basically a push washing method as described above, and the clothes storage body 61 has an appropriate rigidity and is mounted in a shape following the inner peripheral wall of the washing and dewatering tub 2.
