Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incinerator with a fire grate which enables easier separation into resins, metal and the like after incineration by forming an opening part from an upper part to a lower part of the fire grate while the fire grate has a sufficient strength. SOLUTION: After the incineration of matters 2 to be incinerated, metal fittings separated from resins are caught in a gap (about 5mm long) between bars 12 composing a fire grate 11 to be accumulated as slag 57 of metal on a carrier surface 17 of the fire grate 11. A user inserts an ash takeoff device into an upper part of the inside of an opening port 6 to manipulate a handle of the ash takeoff device so that the slag 57 of the metal on the carrier surface 17 is taken out by an L-shaped plate to be housed into a first housing bag. Then, the user inserts the ash takeoff device into a lower part of the inside of the opening part 6 to manipulate the handle thereof so that the slag 56 of resins accumulated on a bottom part 4 of a combustion furnace 3 is taken out by the L-shaped plate to be housed into a second housing bag. Thus, the slag 56 of the resins and the slag 57 of the metal can be simply discriminated and collected.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an incinerator for burning an incineration object by a combustion burner is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 7-311 by the present applicant.
No. 720 filed. In this incinerator, a combustion burner is provided on a side of a combustion furnace, and a lid is provided on an upper inlet. In order to prevent the incinerated material from falling down, for example, a relatively large pitch (50 to 60 m
A grate consisting of a plurality of rods arranged in m) is arranged inside the combustion furnace. An opening is formed in a side of the combustion furnace located below the grate, and a door is provided for opening and closing the opening.

In the above-described incinerator, when incinerated objects (for example, clay fired by clay shooting) in which plastic (resin) and metal fittings (metal) are integrated, the melted plastic and metal fittings are used. Fell from the grate and settled at the bottom of the furnace. Then, the user opened the door and used the ash extraction tool to remove the residue. However, the residue has a first drawback in that the molten plastic and the metal fittings are integrated and cannot be collected separately.

Further, the grate is composed of a plurality of aligned rods, and a short rod is used in a portion along the inner surface of the cylindrical combustion furnace, which has a second disadvantage that the strength is insufficient. Accordingly, the present invention provides an incinerator having a grate having sufficient strength that can be easily separated into plastic (resin) and metal fittings (metal) after incineration in consideration of such conventional disadvantages. .

The present invention preferably comprises a plurality of aligned rods;
A grate is made up of an opening plate adjacent to the bar located at the end. Thus, the mechanical strength of the grate is increased by disposing the aperture plate at the end. Further, by disposing the aperture plate at the end, the aperture plate follows the inner wall of the combustion furnace. As a result, it is possible to prevent large ones (for example, metal fittings) from falling down among the incinerated objects located on the grate.
