Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with widening of a grill and improve carry-over performance by a method wherein a small hole train is formed in a central air-fuel mixture chamber astride two burner port trains formed in two edge parts and a cover plate is arranged above the small hole train with a gap formed therebetween. SOLUTION: Fuel gas is injected through small holes 7 formed in an air-fuel mixture chamber 4. Injected fuel gas resides in a gap between a small hole 7 train and a covering plate 8 and flows over and is ignited by the flames of burner ports train 5 at two edge parts. The ignited flame is propagated from one burner port train 5 to the other burner port train 5 to effect carry- over. Further, since a carry over flame ignited at a gap between the small hole 7 train and the cover plate 8 consumes fuel gas and combustion air in a short time, the flame is fire-extinguished once. When fuel gas gathers, ignition is effected again and ignition and fire extinguishment are repeated until combustion of a gas burner 50 is stopped. Thus, carry-over between the burner port 5 trains is reliably effected by a carry-over part 9 and sufficient coping with widening of a grill is practicable.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a grill cooker, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 0, a hot plate 31 is provided on the upper surface of the grill storage 30, and the hot plate 31 is uniformly heated by a burner 35.
A device that heats and cooks a food 36 such as a fish by radiant heat from the hot plate 31 is widely known. In this case, it is important that the heating plate 31 is uniformly heated and the radiation temperature distribution is uniform, which greatly affects the heating temperature unevenness of the food 36. Therefore, as the hot plate heating burner 35, a so-called U-shaped burner that spreads the flame to uniformly heat the hot plate 31 is used. The U-shaped burner 35 is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, a pair of press-formed burner upper plates 1 and lower burner plates 2 are overlapped, and a throat 3 for mixing fuel gas and combustion air is provided.
And a mixture chamber 24 having a V-shape.
A flame row 5 is provided at the inner edge of each of 4a, 24b, and a burner flame 6 is provided at the base of the mixture chamber 20a, 20b connected to the flame row 5, and the outer peripheral edge thereof is closed and fixed. . However, recently, the demand for wide grilles having a wider width of the grill warehouse 30 has been increasing, and the widening of the heating range inside the grill warehouse 30 due to the widening of the grill warehouse 30 requires a conventional U-shaped burner 3.
There was a problem just by increasing 5. In other words, the flame spreads away from the center only by extending the space between the flame port rows 5 of the U-shaped burner 35, and the heating near the center of the hot plate is insufficient. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, a central mixture chamber communicating with the throat 3 is added to form an E-shaped mixture chamber 4, and the mixture chambers 4a, 4b, and 4c facing each other have inner edges. A gas burner row 5 is provided to disperse the combustion flame to expand the heating range and to compensate for insufficient heating at the center of the hot plate 31.
It has been known. This gas burner 40 is provided with each flame row 5 of the left and right mixture chambers 4a and 4b and each flame port of the right mixture chamber 4c and the middle mixture chamber 4b. A fire burner port 6 is formed so as to be continuous with the row 5, and the fire burner rows 5 are fired. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a slit 17 is formed in the upper surface of the central mixture chamber 4b to perform a fire transfer between the two rows of flame ports 5 provided on both edges thereof.

However, since the gas burner 40 is provided with a slit 17 for a fire transfer in the upper surface of the upper burner plate 1 of the central mixture chamber 4b, the central mixture chamber 4b is provided with the lower burner plate 2b. And the strength is weakened, and the temperature of the perforated portion rises due to the combustion flame of the slit 17 itself and the radiant heat from the hot plate, etc., and the slit 17 is deformed, resulting in combustion failure such as lifting and backfire. There is a problem in durability performance such as generation of a problem. Further, since the slit 17 is formed so as to face upward, there is a problem that impurities drop and the flame opening is clogged, resulting in a fire failure during ignition. For this reason, it is conceivable to increase the slit width. However, this time, the amount of combustion in the slit 17 increases, and in combination with a shortage of air above the burner, poor combustion due to a flashover flame occurs.

Next, a gas burner as another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. This embodiment is common except for the air-fuel mixture chamber of the first embodiment, and therefore, the common parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. Mixture chamber 20
The U-shaped air-fuel mixture chambers 20a and 20b are formed in a U-shape.
A fire transfer section 9 is provided before and after 20b. Since the flame port rows 5 are connected to both edges of the two U-shaped mixture chambers, as shown in FIG. Then, the flame in the flame row 5 at the outer edge burns outward. Therefore, even if the inside of the grill storage becomes wide, the heating range can be expanded without expanding the space between the air-fuel mixture chambers 20a and 20b of the burner. Therefore, the heating near the center of the hot plate 31 does not decrease, and there is no need to increase the size of the burner, so that the heating distribution can be made uniform without impairing the productivity. In addition, the transfer of fire between each row of flame outlets is reliably performed by the fire transfer section, which can sufficiently cope with widening of the grill.
