Since the configuration is such that the component 5 is held in the recess 3c by the lid 7 bonded to the one surface 20 of the 0 side by heat welding or using an adhesive, at least the plurality of recesses 3
Since the long resin tape 1C having the letter c and the lid 7 are required, the number of constituent parts is at least two or more, and there is room for improving material costs. (2) Prior to taking out the component 5 from the recess 3c of the resin tape 1C in the assembly step of the production line, a step of peeling and removing the lid 7 from the one surface 20 of the recess 3c on the opening 30 side is required. Therefore, there is room for reducing the number of processes and improving the process cost. (3) When the component 5 housed in the recess 3c of the resin tape 1C is taken out, the lid material 7 bonded to the one surface 20 of the resin tape 1C by heat welding or using an adhesive is forcibly peeled off. 20 is torn or deformed. For this reason, the resin tape 1C and the lid member 7 cannot be reused and are thrown away.

It can be set to a shape and size that can accommodate components of various shapes and sizes intended for accommodation. Also, the plurality of depressions can be substantially similar in shape to the part to be accommodated. The protruding portion in claim 1 protrudes from the surface side of the resin tape or the peripheral wall portion of the recess toward the opening portion, and at least the opening portion is narrowed, so that the component accommodated in the recess comes out of the opening portion of the recess. It is to prevent that.

The component is easily accommodated in the depression, or the component is easily taken out from the depression. That is, the escape part is
When the accommodating operation of the component into the dent and the removing operation from the dent are performed by an automated take-out unit, for example, a claw portion of a robot that grips the component, the insertion and removal of the claw corresponds to the insertion of the claw portion. , The strain caused by the forcible expansion of the dent is quickly released,
In addition, each of the above operations by the claw portion can be smoothly performed.

There are a total of four provided so as to face each other at two locations 1 and 32 via the opening 30. In the resin tape 1 configured as described above, the component 5 to be housed is inserted into the recess 3 through the opening 30 as shown in FIG.

Once the component 5 housed in the recess 3 returns to its original position due to the elastic reaction force generated when the peripheral wall portions 310 and 320 elastically deform, the projecting portion 4 that narrows the opening portion 30 is accordingly formed. Since it functions as a stopper, it is held in a housed state (see FIG. 3).

破れや、変形などがない。As described above, according to the resin tape 1 of the first embodiment, (1) the component 5 housed in the recess 3 protrudes from the surface 20 side of the plane 2 of the resin tape 1 toward the opening 30, Opening 30
It can be held by the protruding portion 4 that narrows the portion. For this reason, as in the prior art, a configuration for holding the state in which the component 5 is accommodated in the recess is used, without using a lid material for heat welding or bonding to close the opening 30 of the recess 3 on the surface 20 of the plane 2. As a result, the number of parts can be reduced, and a conventional two-part part can be used. (2) Further, prior to taking out the component 5 from each recess 3 of the resin tape 1 in the assembling step of the production line, the cover material is peeled off from the surface 20 of the flat surface 2 on the opening 30 side of each recess 3. No process is required. Therefore, the number of steps can be reduced, and the cost of the steps can be improved. (3) Since a lid material is not used for the opening 30 of each depression 3, the component 5 held in each depression 3 can be easily taken out, and the work of taking out the component 5 becomes simple. (4) When the parts 5 housed in the respective recesses 3 of the resin tape 1 are taken out, unlike the case using a lid material which is heat-sealed or bonded to the surface 20 of the flat surface 2 on the opening 30 side of the respective recesses 3 Unlike the conventional configuration, there is no breakage or deformation of one surface 20 of the flat surface 2 of the resin tape 1 caused by forcibly peeling off the lid material.

As shown in FIG. 2, the projecting portions 4 are formed at two places on the long side 31 of the recess 3 and at one place on the long side 32 facing the intermediate position between the two places. There can be a total of three. In this case, substantially the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained. Further, the shape of the protrusion 4 is not limited to the above-described substantially triangular shape, and FIG.

The same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained by using the substantially semicircular projection 4b shown as the second modification.

It has notches 61 and 62. For this reason, when the component 5 is gripped by the gripping portion of the robot (not shown, the same applies hereinafter) and the accommodating operation and the taking-out operation in the dent 3 are performed, the opening 30 is formed by an amount corresponding to the insertion of the gripping portion into the dent 3. テープの一面の破れ変形などがない。(1) According to the resin tape having a plurality of depressions for accommodating the component according to the first aspect, the component accommodated in each depression projects toward the opening from the negative surface side of the resin tape or the peripheral wall portion of the depression.
The opening can be held by a projection that narrows at least the opening. For this reason, as in the conventional case, as a configuration for holding the state in which the component is housed in the recess, there is no need to use a lid material that is heat-sealed or adhered to one surface of the opening side of the recess, so that the component forming the resin tape is used. The number of points may be one, and the number of conventional two-part parts can be reduced. (2) Further, there is no need for a step of peeling and removing the lid material from one surface of the opening side of each dent before taking out a part from each dent of the resin tape in the assembly step of the production line.
Therefore, the number of steps can be reduced, and the cost of the steps can be improved. (3) Since the lid material is not used for the opening of the dent, the components held in the dent can be easily taken out and the taking-out work can be simplified. (4) Unlike the case where a lid material that is heat-sealed or bonded to one surface of the opening side of the dent is used, when taking out a part housed in the dent of the resin tape, as in the conventional configuration, the lid material of the resin tape is used. There is no tearing deformation on one side of the resin tape caused by forcibly peeling off.

(5) According to the resin tape having a plurality of recesses for accommodating the component of claim 2, in addition to the effect of the resin tape having a plurality of recesses for accommodating the component of claim 1, the outer periphery of the recess has
Because there is an escape part to escape the deformation accompanying the expansion of the opening,
When a part is gripped by the gripping part of the robot and the accommodating operation and the taking-out operation are performed in the dent, the distortion caused by the dent being forcibly expanded to the outer peripheral side by the insertion of the gripping part into the dent is promptly reduced. The above operations can be smoothly performed by the escape and the grip portion.
