The above-mentioned method has problems that the cost of a special camera used for photographing, a photographic film as a photosensitive material, a developing device, and the like are expensive, and that the processing is complicated and requires much labor. . For example, when a finished resin plate is loaded on a printing machine, it is necessary to take a reduced image with a special camera to prevent the distortion of the pattern caused by the curved portion of the printing press drum surface. In addition, a complicated correction process is required after photographing. In addition, when the completed positive and negative films need to be calibrated and restored, there are many cases in which it is necessary to start over from the first photographing. In recent years, CPU
Although a system for directly obtaining a positive film and a negative film by using the same has been developed, there is a problem that the cost of the system body and a dedicated heat-sensitive film is extremely high. In addition, a method has been proposed in which a printed matter printed on an OHP film or the like using a simple printer or a plotter attached to a word processor is used as a positive or negative film manuscript. It was. In particular, when exposing the photosensitive resin plate for flexographic printing which is the object of the present invention, 8 to 1

As a result of repeated studies by the present inventor to solve these problems, the conventional graphic software 1 and the scanner were used without performing the conventional work of producing a positive or negative film by photographing with a camera. 2 is used to edit 4a the monochrome composition information, and then the computer system 3
Complete original information corrected to any value in the vertical direction during printing, that is, in the circumferential direction of the printing machine drum, using proprietary plate making software that contains the know-how of pattern distortion correction at the stage of In the printing process of step 7, by overprinting two or more times directly on a film or paper with excellent dimensional stability, which has UV transmittance, a simple and inexpensive flexographic printing system can be used. The present inventors have found that a positive and negative film for a transparent resin plate can be obtained, and have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention directly converts monochrome copy information produced by the pattern processing method of the platemaking production software 1, the scanner 2, and the computer system 3 onto a film or paper having excellent dimensional stability having ultraviolet transmittance. The present invention relates to a method for producing a positive and negative film for a photosensitive resin plate for flexographic printing, characterized in that a positive for exposure and a negative film are produced by performing overprinting 7 twice or more. Further, since the present invention employs the above-described means, the composition information edited by the computer system 3 can be temporarily read and stored in the storage medium 5, and can be stored even after printing as a positive or negative film. 5 and a system capable of reediting, proofreading, etc. in a short time was provided.

In the present invention, a printer or plotter for printing copy information is used, as long as it is a device having a resolution of 600 dpi or more, such as a thermal transfer system, an ink jet system, and a toner system, and a model compatible with the OS. In particular, in the research of the present invention, it was not possible to obtain a sufficient ultraviolet light shielding property by one-time printing in any of the models. A thermal transfer method using an ink ribbon (specific example: MD-2300 manufactured by Alps Electric Co., Ltd.) is advantageous in that a printed material having few holes or the like and having excellent ultraviolet light shielding properties can be obtained.

The film and paper used for printing the underlay original of the present invention are films and papers having ultraviolet transmittance, excellent dimensional accuracy, and a smooth printing surface, and are specifically commercially available. OHP film, tracing paper, etc. can be used. Among them, a tracing paper having a thickness of 75 μm to 100 μm (specific examples: 10 μm) in terms of a wider ultraviolet transmittance and a wider ultraviolet transmission wavelength region than a conventionally used positive, negative film, OHP film, or the like by photography. 10,000,000 New Clintless 90

As described in detail above, according to the present invention,
Since the production by photographing is unnecessary, the following effects can be obtained. (1) The production and printing of a composition original for photographing becomes unnecessary. In other words, it is not necessary for the user to acquire the know-how of photographing and correction techniques in camera photographing, and the operation can be performed by an unskilled person, so that the production process can be greatly simplified. (2) Since peripheral equipment such as inexpensive personal computer systems and scanners and commercially available OHP films and tracing paper are used, special cameras for photography, films, developing devices, darkrooms and other related equipment are not required. . (3) Correction of completed exposure body and negative film,
Reproduction due to changes etc. can be done quickly and easily. As a result, there is an effect that the preparation work for exposure of the resin plate can be smoothly and inexpensively prepared, and a series of complete information for printing can be confirmed and corrected with high efficiency.
