Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange many float blocks side by side horizontally and rectilinearly so as to facilitate construction of a runway by providing a balancer, an air pressure regulating valve, and a laser emitter, and coupling a required number of float blocks made of steel or concrete, the balance of which can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The above airport includes a box-shaped huge float block 1 serving as a bedsill of a runway, and a balancer 4 is provided in the center of the upper surface of each float block 1. A pipe 11 is provided to be communicated with the center of a cavity for balance, and an air pressure regulating valve 3 is provided on the upper end thereof. Four in total underwater motors 8 are provided in front and rear of both side surfaces of the float block 1. Plural float blocks 1 are coupled to each other to construct a runway with a satisfactory length and an airport building or a parking space attached thereto. At this time, a laser emitter 7 and a photo sensor 6 are provided, and the output is input to a computer to control a balancer 1, an underwater motor 8 and the like, thereby keeping the level of longitudinal arrangement and horizontal balance of the runway.

[0001] The present invention relates to an arrangement in which a required number of floating blocks made of steel or concrete, which can be adjusted in balance, are connected to each other so that the upper runways are arranged horizontally and straight. . The operation of each section will be described for each section. (G) Floating block A cylindrical cavity for drainage is provided at each of the four corners, and a pipe connected to the upper part is provided at the center. A balancer is provided on the upper surface in the center of the block, and is connected to a pressure regulating valve at the upper end of the pipe. The balancer is composed of a gyro and other components, and controls the compressed air supplied from the air cylinder 5 by a pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure inside the cavity and maintain the horizontal balance of the floating block. (H) Runway A steel frame is provided on the upper part of the floating body block, and a non-slip steel plate is arranged on the steel frame to form a runway. Guards 9 are provided at both ends. (I) Laser emitter and optical sensor Used to align floating blocks and keep them at the same level. Laser light emitters are provided at the front and both sides of the top block, and optical sensors are provided at both ends in the center of each block. This information is collected and analyzed by the computer at the control center, and the commands are analyzed underwater motors (with screws) for each block And tell them to line up in a straight line. Also, in order to keep each block at the same level, a command is sent to the balancer to perform double control. (V) Others The floating blocks are arranged in a straight line, and the parking block 18 and the airport building block 15 with the control tower are connected on both sides at the rear end. In addition, turntables 13 and 13 'are provided at the forefront and rearmost blocks to facilitate taking off and landing. A rubber joint 17 is provided between the blocks, and a windbreak wall 16 is provided around the parking area.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] (l) In recent years, there are many problems to be solved, such as a noise problem caused by an aircraft and a problem of securing land for constructing an airfield. (Ii) The airport land requires vast land and it is difficult to access from urban areas as expected. The present invention aims to set up an airport at sea to address these problems.

[Means for Solving the Problems] (W) A huge box-shaped floating block 1 serving as a base of the runway is provided, and a balancer 4 and a pressure regulating valve 3 are provided on the upper surface to maintain the horizontal balance. (F) Floating blocks were connected to connect a runway of sufficient length to the associated airport building 15 and parking area 18. In addition, turntables 13 and 13 'are provided at the front and rear to facilitate takeoff and landing of the aircraft. (G) A laser light emitter 7, an optical sensor 6, and a computer are provided to keep the vertical alignment and horizontal balance on the runway. (T) Submersible motor (with screw) 8 Air cylinder 5 Cylindrical cavity 2 The runway steel plate 12 and the like are devices and parts necessary for configuring an airport.

[Effects of the Invention] (v) Since a floating block can be made at a shipyard, if a ship is towed anywhere on the sea and assembled at the site, an offshore airport can be quickly constructed. (In the open sea where the waves are rough, it is only necessary to connect floating blocks for the breakwater around the sea.) Cost can be reduced.
