SOLUTION: A thin wall cover 3, the center part of which can be fixed on the top face of a solid power feeder T and which is folded back along supporting fittings 2 on both sides, and the lower part of which is formed into a skirt part spreading right and left, is made of a resin material by extrusion molding, and has some flexibility. The cover is spread out to be put over the solid power feeder T from both sides. い。また狭小隧道型の地下鉄駅構内では、利用者がホー
ムから傘等で触れて感電する恐れがある。保護カバーの
継ぎ目に隙間が生じるとその可能性は大である。利用者
からの見映えもよくない。単一部材で容易に組込がで
き、かつ碍子下部に於いても支障なく利用できるカバー
が待望されていた。

た支持金具との間に挿入されている。この挿入空隙には
若干ゆとりがあり、電車線Tは軸線方向に移動可能であ
る。そこで次の形状のカバーを作ることとする。即ち中
央部は電車線Tの頂部へ定置可能で、両端は支持金具に
添うて折返され、下部はスカート部となって左右に広が
るものである。この形状で薄肉のものを電車線Tへかぶ
せておけば、これも前記空隙へそのまま挿通可能であ
る。このカバーは押出成形の合成樹脂製とする。若干の
撓性を与えておけば、押広げて電車線Tへ側方から組込
むことができる。これをつぎつぎと組込んで電車線Tの
全長に及ぼす。その際数多いカバーのスカート部下端は
必ずしも一線に揃うとはいえない。端面のくい違いは当
接面からの水分の滲出や強度不足の原因となり、また見
映えもはなはだよくない。これを避けるためスカート部
下端内側に孔明き端縁を設け、別に用意した連結ピンを
前後カバー孔振分けで挿入できるようにしておく。スカ
ート部下端内側に全長にわたる孔明き端縁にすれば、押
出成形にて容易に製作可能である。近年建設コスト面か
ら狭小隧道型の地下鉄が導入されている。レールから剛
体電車線までの高さが3m程しかなく、駅構内ではホー
ムから2.5m位になり、利用者からみると目前に剛体
電車線が敷設されている。各保護カバーの端部を完全に
接続することで、剛性の高い体裁のよい保護カバーを形
成する。これに感電の注意を促すシール等を貼付してお
く。

分け挿入可能に、中央に薄い突状の仕切部4aを設け、
両端部には貫通長孔を切り抜いてある。このカバーは樹
脂材を押出成形して作る。厚みは1mm前後とし、適当な
撓性をもたせる。
