Then, the movable plate 4 is advanced, and then, a support rod 6 is bridged over a ram of the main air cylinder 5. The support rod 6, when it is made horizontal with an auxiliary air cylinder 7, makes the support rod 6 abut against a ram head 8 of the main air cylinder 5, and a load of the movable plate 4 is supported with the support rod 6.
