Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport and produce a form near a site in a case where mass production can be performed and many setting units exist, at the time of execution, excavate a lightly wider than a setting part without need of working of large-scaled foundation work and support of the form such as the conventional gravity type retaining wall body, shorten a working amount and a construction period and reduce materials and construction cost. SOLUTION: An L-shaped retaining wall unit is constituted of a bottom body 2 attached to the lower end of a longitudinally long retaining wall body 1, a short wall body 3 made orthogonal to the bottom body 2 on the lower part of the retaining wall body 1, a short wall body 4 attached to the end of the bottom body 2 in parallel therewith, and an upper short wall body 5. In the case, the L-shaped retaining wall body unit unnecessitate the conventional gravity type retaining wall by preventing it from being fallen toward the trough side of the retaining wall body 1 by weight of soil and sand of filling soil on the bottom body 2, can be made division and sub-division of work by means of the L-shaped retaining wall body, the work can be small-scaled and simplified.

Problems to be solved by the invention Stonewall, masonry, concrete block, etc. are constructed with the purpose of preventing the slope from collapsing. Although they are made for the purpose of prevention, they are all susceptible to lateral force (horizontal force) and have the disadvantage that they are easily collapsed when the soil swells due to heavy rain or the like. In addition, the gravity type retaining wall constructed of reinforced concrete in a trapezoidal form requires foundation work and formwork fixing work, so excavation of a large area is necessary, and the work becomes large scale,
A large amount of materials were needed, and importing materials and equipment was difficult. In the embankment of road construction, etc., an extra site area was needed because wide skirts were required to maintain a stable slope. In addition, stonewall, masonry, concrete block, etc. had a problem in strength when construction height was high.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been conceived in order to solve these problems, and comprises a horizontally long retaining wall (1) and a bottom body (2) attached to the lower end thereof. A short wall (3) attached to a lower portion of a joint of the bottom (2) with the retaining wall (1) so as to form a right angle with the bottom (2).
And, in parallel with this, at the tip of the bottom body (2), the bottom body (2)
An L-shaped retaining wall unit composed of a lower short wall (4) and an upper short wall (5) formed at right angles to the above. The retaining wall (1) and the bottom (2) do not necessarily have to be at right angles. At the planned construction site, a floor is dug and installed in accordance with the lower part of the L-shaped retaining wall unit, and the gap between the floor excavation surface and the lower part of the unit is filled with fluidized earth and sand or cement mortar at the inlet (8). ) To fill and fill. Next, the embankment is filled up to the upper end of the retaining wall 1 on the mountain-side bottom body (2) of the retaining wall 1. When the L-shaped retaining wall units are installed side by side, a seam plate (6) for preventing uneven settlement is inserted below the joint of the units. When constructing roads that require embankment, dig a floor at the site where the route is planned to fit under the L-shaped retaining wall unit, install the L-shaped retaining wall units side by side, and install the floor digging surface and the lower part of the unit. After the fluidized earth and sand or cement mortar is injected from the injection port (8) to fill and fill the space, the necessary embankment is filled inside the unit and rolling is performed to construct the roadbed.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The bottom (2) of the L-shaped retaining wall unit of the present invention is horizontally aligned with the lower part and the lower short wall (3) and (4) of the bottom. Then, an L-shaped retaining wall unit is installed, and a gap between the floor excavation surface and the lower portion of the unit is filled with fluidized earth and sand or cement mortar from an inlet (8). Next, on the mountain-side bottom body (2) of the wall body (1), the embankment is filled up to the upper end of the wall body (1) and compacted. When the soil on the hillside is about to collapse, the retaining wall (1) catches this. A pressing force is applied to the retaining wall body (1) from the mountain side toward the valley side, and the retaining wall body (1) tries to fall down to the valley side, but this movement is performed by the bottom body (2). The horizontal movement of the L-shaped retaining wall unit, which tends to shift to the valley side, is hindered by the short wall members (3) and (4) below the bottom body (2). In the multi-stage construction, since the earth pressure of the construction of the upper stage is added to the earth pressure of the embankment on the bottom body (2) of the lower stage, this action becomes even stronger. The short wall body (5) at the upper end of the bottom body (2) further strongly prevents the L-shaped retaining wall unit from moving toward the valley side. The protected surface extends upwards,
If multiple steps are required, follow the procedure below. (B) The base at the place to be installed is leveled horizontally, and the bottom (2) is horizontal in accordance with the lower part of the bottom (2) and the short walls (3) and (4) of the L-shaped retaining wall unit. Dig the floor to become
After installing the L-shaped retaining wall unit of the present invention and injecting and filling fluidized earth and sand or cement mortar from the injection port (8) into the gap between the floor excavation surface and the lower part of the unit, the retaining wall (1) Fill up to the top and roll. (B) Next, level the lower part of the embankment horizontally, and perform floor digging and installation work in the same manner as in (a). In this case, the joint of the upper unit is in the center of the lower unit. Install as follows. (C) In this way, work is performed multiple times to the required height

The L-shaped retaining wall unit of the present invention can be mass-produced in a factory. If the number of installed units is large, it is also possible to carry the mold near the site and produce it. In the construction, it is possible to divide and divide it, and there is no need for large-scale foundation work and formwork support work like the construction of the conventional gravity type retaining wall, and excavation of a slightly larger area than the installation part As a result, the amount of work can be greatly reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and materials and construction costs can be reduced. In the construction of the embankment road, the L-shaped retaining wall unit of the present invention must be installed at the planned location and then the embankment must be filled inside. And land can be reduced. In addition, since the roadbed portion of the road is placed on the bottom body (2), there is little danger of the roadbed sinking, and there is no risk of the retaining wall body (1) collapse, that is, the wall surface falling or breaking.
