Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable children to enjoy themselves by easily changing a hair style by providing a function of applying external stress to the hair for a doll to be freely changed in the temperature range from the glass transition temperature of a thermoplastic polymer to the melting point. SOLUTION: Hair 2 for doll is formed by a filament with an outside diameter 0.2-3mm, which is formed by fusing thermoplastic resin A and one or more kinds of thermoplastic polymer B, the glass transition temperature of which ranges from 0-70 deg.C at the ratio of A/B=95/5-20/80 (weight ratio) to be united in a body. The hair has such as function that external stress is applied in the temperature range from the temperature near the glass transmission temperature of the thermoplastic polyer B to the melting point to be freely deformed into a form according to the stress and fixed in a form deformed in the temperature area less than the glass transition point. Accordingly, the hair can be easily deformed into an arbitrary form in the living temperature range by selecting a thermoplastic polymer B in the glass transition temperature range.

In the above-mentioned conventional doll hair, the hairstyle can be freely changed,
Moreover, the original shape can be restored by a simple heating means such as a hair dryer or hot water. However, since the doll hair generally has a shape and properties similar to actual hair, that is, hair having the same thickness, suppleness, touch, and luster as hair, individual hairs are compared. The diameter of the hair is small and the number of hairs implanted in the dolls is large. Therefore, when the infant deforms the hair, the hair is not entangled or lacks the flexibility to take care of the hair, so that it cannot be easily played. . Therefore, the present invention is intended to be used at room temperature
In a temperature range of 0 ° C. or less, preferably in a temperature range of 30 ° C. to 60 ° C., the shape of the hair can be easily deformed by simple means such as touch, a hair dryer, hot water, and the deformed state. Can be fixed by cooling the hair,
Also, if necessary, the shape of the fixed hair can be restored to the original state, or it can be deformed to another shape, such as repeated deformation,
An object of the present invention is to provide doll hair and dolls using the same, which have a restoring function and endurance, and which can be easily deformed and played even by an infant or the like even in the case of an infant.

Here, in the form in which the filament is melt-blended, the thermoplastic polymer (B) is selected from polymers having a different chemical structure from the thermoplastic resin (A);
The function of the present invention is effectively exhibited when the thermoplastic polymer (B) is in a dispersed state or a state in which dispersion and compatibility are mixed. In the case of a combination of resins having the same chemical structure, that is, a combination of resins of the same quality, a homogeneous compatible solution is formed, and the viscoelastic properties at or above the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin (B) are:
Since it is expressed as it is without being properly controlled by the thermoplastic resin (A), it tends to stick to each other when the formed filaments are left in an overlapped state, etc. On the other hand, the temperature is lower than the glass transition temperature. The fixing function in the above temperature range is also relatively reduced.

Viscosity is too high to cause stickiness, and if the molded bodies are left in close contact with each other, problems such as sticking will occur, while 5% by weight
When the system is less than the above, the effect due to the decrease in the flexural modulus during the deformation treatment is insufficient, and the viscoelasticity is not sufficiently exhibited, so that the desired deformability is unlikely to occur. Here, (A) and (B)
Are not single and may be used in combination.

In the above structure, when the thermoplastic resin (A) is a polyamide elastomer and the thermoplastic polymer (B) is a saturated polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. to 50 ° C., the weight ratio is as follows: Polyamide-based elastomer / saturated polyester resin = 95 / 5-20 / 8
0 (weight ratio), preferably the range of polyamide-based elastomer / saturated polyester resin = 80 / 20-30 / 70 (weight ratio), more preferably 50 / 50-70 / 30 (weight ratio) is effective. . By specifying the content in the above range, the high strength and tactile sensation of the polyamide itself are properly expressed, and the desired deformation-fixing function is effectively expressed. Furthermore, the above-mentioned deformation-fixing function is stably maintained over time.

In the above structure, the thermoplastic polymer (B) has a relatively rigid property in a temperature range below the glass transition temperature, but has a viscoelastic property above the glass transition temperature. As a result, the flexural modulus decreases, and the rigidity and flexural modulus of the thermoplastic polymer (B), which is originally rigid, relatively decrease, and flexibility to an arbitrary shape is obtained by external stress. The deformed shape returns to rigidity and is fixed in a temperature range equal to or lower than the glass transition temperature.

As described above, the thermoplastic resin (A)
The unification by the combination of the thermoplastic polymer (B) having a specific glass transition temperature enables the thermoplastic resin (A) or the thermoplastic polymer (B) to be deformed in a specific temperature range which cannot be exhibited by each unit, It has a function of fixing the shape deformed in the temperature range in a specific temperature range, and the above-mentioned deformation-fixability can be easily achieved by a temperature in a living temperature range or daily heating and cooling means, and further, the shaping is performed. The present invention provides a doll's hair having durability that can withstand repeated use, such that the broken hair can be released in a temperature range equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature and deformed and fixed in another arbitrary shape.
