気路bの他端開口を外部と連通させ、上記シリンダ内面
に嵌合させることにより外周面上下方向中央部に環状空
隙dを周形成する環状閉塞部21外周面をシリンダ内面上
部に摺動可能に嵌合させるとともに、該環状閉塞部21内
周縁部にリング状基部18を延設した閉塞部材Cを上下動
可能に設け、上記可動噴出部Bが最下降の係止状態に移

閉塞部材Cが押し下げられて上記外気導入孔aのみの閉
