Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoring method for correcting characters and colors after restoring by ensuring equivalent thickness before restoring, improving durability after restoring, neutralizing papers, and ensuring simplification of the restoring thereafter, thereby restoring it. SOLUTION: A filtering sheet-like member moistened with water is engaged with a paper making frame 4, a gauze 5 is placed thereon, given by moisture, and wrinkle is ironed out. A paper 6 to be restored is superposed on the gauze in a non-wrinkle state. A paper making frame is oscillated in a paper making container 2, and damage part is blocked by paper making and charging with restoring fiber, horizontally placed as the frame, and dripped. The frame is removed in a semi-dry state, and rayon paper 7 is superposed on the sheet to be restored. Then, only the filtering sheet-like member is removed, spread on a spread plate, and dried. After drying, the rayon paper is removed, and entirely given with moisture. A damaged boundary part is coated with mucosa of dry root of Hibiscus Manihot L. in an important manner. Again, the rayon paper is superposed on the paper to be restored, spread on the spread plate, and then dried. Eventually, the gauze and the rayon paper are removed.

2. Description of the Related Art The purpose of restoring paper-made books and the like is to restore damaged portions such as worms, cracks, tears, aging, etc., or to repair damaged portions. There are two types of restoration: damage restoration, and art restoration in which post-fixing and / or coloring are applied after or without restoration.
In each case, the purpose is to preserve the historical, artistic, religious, and practical impressions and touches of precious papers and drawings left by the predecessors in posterity. The needs are extremely high not only in Japan but also in the world, both Japanese and Western.

Conventionally, as a general method of restoring a paper-making picture or the like that has been damaged up to the base material, everyone thinks of a backing means, which is generally implemented as a restoration means of a paper-making picture or the like. That is the current situation.

However, the paper-making paper and the like restored by the above-mentioned backing means has a structure in which two sheets of paper are stuck together, no matter how thin the backing material is, and therefore, the paper before the restoration is repaired. Thicker than. Also, since the damaged portion is recessed by the thickness of the paper to be repaired, the shape differs from the original form at the time of production.
Therefore, the restored paper-made book, etc., of course, the thickness of each one becomes thicker, even when bound like a picture book, it is impossible to return to the original form even in that thickness, Damage is likely to start early from the dent portion, and good durability and handleability cannot be secured.

[0005] Further, when the document to be repaired is acidic paper, it is difficult to stop oxidation and aging of the portion of the paper to be repaired even if the paper is repaired by the backing means. Aging advances and the need for re-repair comes.
In the case of re-repair, re-re-repair, etc., the backing paper becomes thicker unless the backing paper is peeled off. Therefore, it is necessary to peel off the backing paper each time. However, this work of peeling the backing paper is extremely difficult without the experience and high skill in order to peel off the restoration target painting etc. without damaging the restoration target painting etc. made of paper with little entanglement between fibers. . Moreover, the restoration value cannot be compensated for due to the degree of aging, etc., of the document to be restored, and the restoration value has been halved. This is not preferred.

The method of restoring a paper-made book or the like according to the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the conventional restoring means, and includes a raw material for Japanese paper such as mulberry and mitsumata and / or wood. Raw materials for paper made of pulp, chemical pulp, etc. or auxiliary materials such as waste paper pulp (including rag pulp)
A first restoration preparation step of dissolving in water having a pH of about 6 to 8 so that it can be hand-made, and adding and mixing an adhesive typified by the slime of a yellow root of Aoi to prepare a squeeze container containing a material solution for restoration. Subsequently, 1 A filter sheet-like member having one-way flexibility and a filtering function, the whole of which is wetted with water, is fitted into a drawing frame. 2 A cloth typified by a silk screen or a woven sheet material having the same degree of flexibility and water permeability as the woven silk (gauze) is placed on the filter sheet-like member and moistened or immersed in water to make the woven sheet wet. The materials are stacked so that no wrinkles are formed, or the materials are stacked so that no wrinkles are formed. 3. In the case of one-sided printing or one-sided handwriting, place the printed surface facing the surface of the sheet material and place the paper to be repaired on the made sheet material, apply wetness to the paper to be repaired by means such as brushing or spraying, and remove wrinkles. A series of restoration preparation second steps to be in a non-existent state are performed. 4 Next, after the second repair preparation step of 1 to 3, the dipping frame prepared in the second repair preparation step is immersed in the raw material liquid for repair in the drip container prepared in the first repair preparation step. Then, the damaged portion of the paper to be repaired is smoothly filled with the repair fiber in the raw material solution for repair. 5 After completion of the work, the take-out frame is taken out, drained and dried, and when it is in a completely dry state, the filter sheet member in which the make-up sheet material and the paper to be repaired are in close contact with each other in a laminated state is taken out from the make-up frame. A finishing operation is performed in which the pressing paper is superimposed on the paper to be repaired so as to have no wrinkles. 6 Next, only the filter sheet member is removed, and the laminate in which the paper to be repaired has been sandwiched between the sheet material and the pressing paper is stuck to a smooth surface and dried. 7 Remove either the sheet material or the pressing paper from the dried laminate. 8 Then, the entire laminated body from which either the sheet material or the pressing paper has been removed is moistened, and the damaged boundary portion of the paper to be repaired is mainly neutralized with approximately neutral glue for surface decoration or mucus of yellow root of a yellow berry. The adhesive to be applied is applied. 9. Subsequently, either the sheet material or the pressing sheet removed from the laminate is again overlaid on the paper to be repaired and wetted again, and a final finishing operation is performed on both sides without wrinkles. 10 After being adhered to a smooth surface again and dried, the sheet material and the pressing paper are removed from the laminate including the paper to be repaired. However, it is characterized in that the respective steps and operations are sequentially performed.

According to the present invention, a raw material for Japanese paper such as mulberry, mitsumata, and ganpi and / or a raw material for paper made of wood pulp and chemical pulp or an auxiliary raw material such as waste paper pulp are dissolved in water. In addition to making it ready to be hand-made, the raw material for restoration in a squeeze container mixed with an adhesive represented by the slime of corn root is layered on a filter sheet-like member wet with water, and further squeezed. After the paper to be repaired is successively layered on the sheet material, the work is done by immersing the work frame in the material solution for repair of the work container, and the work is carried out. In the damaged part, such as the weak water-permeable part, the water of the raw material liquid for repair passes, and the repair fiber in the raw material liquid for repair is sieved with a stencil sheet material to block the damaged part, and no other repair is required. Now, the remaining repair fibers Flows down, neutralized water is slightly absorbed and turned into neutral paper, and it is possible to improve durability by suppressing oxidative embrittlement after restoration processing, and to perform single-sided printing or double-sided printing The restoration target paper made of paper can be repaired smoothly without disturbing the display surface such as.

1. Hand-made by dissolving raw materials for Japanese paper such as mulberry and mitsumata and / or raw materials for paper made of wood pulp, chemical pulp and the like, and auxiliary materials such as waste paper pulp in water having a pH of about 6 to 8. After the first step of the preparation for restoration, in which the preparation is made possible, and an adhesive represented by the slime of the root of the yellow berry is added and mixed to prepare a squeeze container containing the raw material liquid for the restoration, 1 A filter sheet-like member having directional flexibility and a filtering function is fitted into a draft frame. 5 After finishing the making work, take out the drawing frame, drain and dry, and when it is in a dry state, take out the filtering sheet-like member in which the drawing sheet material and the paper to be repaired are in close contact with each other in a laminated state, A finishing operation is performed in which the pressing paper is superimposed on the paper to be repaired so as to have no wrinkles. 6 Next, only the filter sheet member is removed, and the laminate in which the paper to be repaired has been sandwiched between the sheet material and the pressing paper is stuck to a smooth surface and dried. 7 Remove either the sheet material or the pressing paper from the dried laminate. 8 Then, the entire laminated body from which either the sheet material or the pressing paper has been removed is moistened, and the damaged boundary portion of the paper to be repaired is mainly neutralized as a representative neutral glue or a mucus of a yellow root. The adhesive to be applied is applied. 9. Subsequently, either the sheet material or the pressing sheet removed from the laminate is again placed on the sheet to be repaired and wetted again, and a final finishing operation is performed to make each of the two sides free of wrinkles. 10 After being adhered to a smooth surface again and dried, the sheet material and the pressing paper are removed from the laminate including the paper to be repaired. However, a method of restoring a paper-made book or the like, characterized by sequentially performing each step and operation.
