Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated floor material, and laminated internal, external wall members which are inexpensive, and in addition, are hard to generate a deviation due to warpage or shrinkage. SOLUTION: A wood face side or a wood rear side is arranged on the one surface side, and the direction of the grain is matched to obtain plate constituent members 1, 2 by bonding and adhering a plurality of plate materials 1a, 1b, 1c... or 2a, 2b, 2c... in a row by finger joints 1j, 2j, and two sheets of the plate constituent members 1, 2 are bonded and adhered using an adhesive in such a manner that the surfaces where the wood rear side is located may face to each other.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, floor materials are designed so that the smoothness and gloss of the surface are emphasized, and in order to facilitate planar processing of the surface, the front side of the wood (the outer peripheral side of the wood, the center of the wood). The opposite side is used as the front side, and this applies not only to ordinary plate materials, but also to plate materials made of laminated wood. For this reason, there has been a problem that both side edges in the width direction of the plate material are warped to the surface side due to repeated use of the temperature and the wet and dry due to repeated use, making it difficult to see. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a glued laminated lumber capable of easily preventing warpage by bonding wooden backs.

Means for Solving the Problems The laminated wood according to the present invention comprises:
A wooden surface or a wooden back is positioned on one side and a plurality of plate materials aligned in the direction of the grain are joined to each other in a row by a finger joint. The present invention is characterized in that the surfaces located are bonded to each other with an adhesive. According to the present invention, by bonding the backs of the trees together, the force of the warp in the width direction of the board is cancelled, the knitting hardly occurs, and the flatness can be maintained even after long-term use. Wood is obtained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a flooring material. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment showing a case where the laminated wood according to the present invention is applied to a laminated flooring. In the drawings, reference numerals 1 and 2 denote plate components constituting the laminated flooring. The plate component 1 is composed of a plurality of plate members 1a and 1b having the same width and the same thickness (lengths are variously different).
Are joined and bonded in a line by finger joints 1j with the wooden surface facing the upper surface and the direction of the metal mesh in the same direction. Plates 2a, 2b having the same width and thickness (different lengths)
Are joined and adhered to each other in a line with a finger joint 2j in a state where the wooden surface is on the lower surface side and the direction of the heather is aligned. In addition, to align the direction of the heather eyes,
It means that the direction of the heatsink is not the direction of intersection, and the base and the end of the tree may be aligned in the same direction, or may not be aligned.

[0005] The two boards 1 and 2 have their backs joined to each other using an adhesive, and are formed as a single laminated floor. In the case of the glued floor material, a no-joint portion such as a cypress, a cedar or the like is used as the plate material 1a, 1b... As for ..., the articulated portions such as cypress and cedar are also used. Note that, as the adhesive, an adhesive having a small effect on the human body by the solvent is used.
