However, the above-mentioned conventional rehabilitation method is effective for partially improving the blood circulation disorder, but requires a high level massage technique, and furthermore, when the massage is applied to the entire limb. Requires a lot of labor and time for nurses. For this reason, it is extremely difficult to perform frequent massage on a patient, and long-term medical treatment is required to cure a blood circulation disorder. There is also a method of using an electric massager, but not only is the stimulation by vibration strong, but also it is not possible to apply a uniform massage to the entire periphery of the limb.

[0008] As an annular sealing member which is in contact with the periphery of the base of the limb inserted into the cylinder and keeps the cylinder airtight, the gap between the cylinder and the base of the limb can be softened without excessively pressing the limb. For example, a bellows-shaped expansion / contraction seal attached to the inner periphery of the opening of the cylindrical body supports a ring-shaped suction cup having an annular suction space on the inner periphery side, and is manually operated by an exhaust pump. Sealing means for creating a negative pressure in the suction space of the suction cup and adsorbing around the surface of the limb, and an inflatable and contractible ring-shaped rubber tube is arranged on the inner periphery of the opening of the cylinder, and this rubber is supplied by an air supply pump. Sealing means for expanding the tube so that the inner periphery of the rubber tube is in close contact with the periphery of the base of the limb to keep the cylinder airtight,
The outer peripheral edge of a donut-shaped elastic sheet having a through hole through which a limb can be inserted in the center is fixed to the inner periphery of the opening of the cylindrical body,
It is preferable to apply a sealing means or the like that keeps the cylinder airtight by inserting a limb into a through hole provided at the center. In addition, the airtight state may be such that the degree of pressure reduction and pressurization described later can be maintained, and it goes without saying that there is no problem even if there is some air leakage.

As a supply / exhaust pump for depressurizing and pressurizing the inside of the cylinder and imparting a compression and relaxation massage action to the limb inserted into the cylinder, for example, air supply and exhaust are alternately switched by a switching valve such as a solenoid valve. A reciprocating pump that can be switched to an air supply / exhaust pump, which has an air supply pump and an exhaust pump in parallel and which can be switched alternately between an air supply and an exhaust by switching these with an electromagnetic valve, and an annular pump. As a pump for supplying or exhausting air to or from the sealing means, a simple bellows-type air pump or a cylindrical air pump that can be manually operated may be applied, and the structure of these pumps is not limited.

[0010] The degree of air pressure for adjusting the air in the cylinder is 50 to 200 mmHg in a pressurized state, -50 to -200 mmHg in an exhausted state, and decompression and pressurization when one cycle is defined as depressurization after pressurization. The cycle may be appropriately selected within the range of 1 to 70 times / minute, but from the viewpoint of promoting blood circulation, it is more effective to set the cycle of decompression and pressurization to 1/4 to 1 times the pulse of the patient. It is also desirable to use humid air at a temperature similar to body temperature.

Further, during the pressurizing step in the cylinder, the pressing force is oscillated with a certain fluctuation width smaller than the pressing force, and during the depressurizing step, the depressurizing force is reduced by a constant fluctuation smaller than the depressurizing force. By vibrating with a width, if the pressing force or depressurizing force is made pulsating in the pressurizing or depressurizing step, in addition to the compressing and relaxing action by the depressurizing and pressurizing in the cylinder, the massage by the vibration An effect can also be added, which is preferable.

Next, the massage operation of the massage device of the present invention shown in FIG. 1A will be described. First, a leg A of a patient is inserted into the cylindrical body 1 and the base of the leg A is attached to the ring-shaped suction cup 9. The suction space 8 of the ring-shaped suction cup 9 is operated by operating the exhaust pump 11 manually.
Is made negative, and the flexible suction edge 9A of the ring-shaped suction cup 9 is brought into close contact with the periphery of the base of the leg A to make the inside of the cylindrical body 1 airtight. Subsequently, the depressurization / pressurization controller 5 is set to a predetermined degree of pressurization and depressurization, and the cycle of depressurization and pressurization when the controller 6 operates to depressurize after depressurization is defined as one cycle. After the setting, when the air supply / exhaust pump 4 is operated, the inside of the cylinder 1 is depressurized and pressurized, and the depressurization and pressurization of the air acts on the leg A in the cylinder 1, and the air is inserted into the cylinder 1. It exerts an effect of applying a repetitive compression and relaxation massage to all tissues of the muscle of the leg A.

Here, when the inside of the cylinder 1 is depressurized and pressurized as described above, when the inside of the cylinder 1 is in a decompressed state, a force for sucking the leg A or the arm B into the cylinder 1 acts. Conversely, when the inside of the cylinder 1 is in a pressurized state, a force acts to push the leg A or the arm B out of the cylinder 1. Then, the adhesion between the annular sealing member disposed on the inner periphery of the opening of the cylindrical body 1 and the limbs A and B is reduced to a necessary minimum in consideration of the blood circulation of the leg A or the arm B and the like. In this case, the leg A or the arm B advances or retreats through the opening of the cylindrical body 1 due to the suction or pushing force, and the leg A or the arm B moves with the movement. It may collide with the inner surface of the cylinder 1 and cause pain. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), a lid 1a capable of sealing the opening of the distal end is provided at the distal end of the cylindrical body 1 so as to be openable and closable. It is preferable to provide a fastening band body 1b for fixing the fixed leg portion A. In use, first, after inserting the leg portion A into the cylindrical body 1,
The ankle is fixed with the fastening band 1b using the opening at the end, and the end of the cylindrical body 1 is sealed by closing the cover 1a at the end, and the supply / exhaust pump 4 may be operated as described above. It is preferable to use an O-ring together to seal the opening at the distal end, since the airtightness of the cylindrical body 1 is further improved.

As described above, the massage method of the present invention
The limb is inserted into the cylinder 1 having an opening through which the limb can be inserted, the inside of the cylinder 1 is made airtight, and the air supply / exhaust pump is operated to depressurize and pressurize the cylinder. Since the pressure exerts a compressive and relaxing massage action on the limbs A and B, the wastes are discharged from the sweat line when the pressure is reduced (negative pressure), and skin respiration is promoted. Furthermore, in such a state, a massage action of compression and relaxation is applied to the entire limb and evenly, so that blood flow is improved, blood pool is gradually eliminated, blood circulation disorders can be healed, and vital tissues are activated. It is possible to recover the function of the limb early. In addition, the conventional treatment was performed by a massage in which the limb was directly pressed and relaxed with a finger or the like, so that the treatment could not be performed in a cast state as in the case of a fracture. Since pressure and pressure are applied to the affected part of the limb by applying decompression and compression to the affected part of the body, if there is only a small gap between the limb and the cast, the decompression and pressurization in the cylinder is performed through the gap. Unlike conventional treatments, even during treatment, the affected area of the limb can be uniformly massaged, and blood circulation disorders such as blood pools can be prevented beforehand.
