Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stage-shaped freely oscillating structure of a simple structure in which oscillation adjusting work can be facilitated. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a sensor body 10 including a detection circuit. It is provided with a light receiving body 30 held on top of one surface of the sensor body 10 to freely oscillate. A spherical surface part 34 is formed along an oscillation direction around the light receiving body 30 except for a top light receiving surface 32. A number of concentric circular grooves 35 are formed to surround the top light receiving surface 32 in the spherical surface part 34. A shielding cover 12 to cover a lower end side of the spherical surface part 34 is provided around one surface of the sensor body 10. Three or more oscillation resistance claws 14 are provided on top of the shielding cover 12 to be disposed at equal intervals. The respective oscillation resistance claws 14 are selectively engaged with one circular groove 35 by elasticity to set the light receiving body 30 to be difficult to oscillate.

Since the conventional structure is a stepless swingable structure, adjustment work is difficult. The task of tilting a little is difficult, and if you feel that you have tilted too much, you will have to return to the original position. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to make the swing adjustment work easy by using a step-type swingable structure. It is another object of the present invention to provide a stepped swingable structure having a simple structure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention comprises a sensor body having a built-in detection circuit. A photoreceptor is provided at the top of one side of the sensor body so as to be swingable. A spherical portion along the swing direction is formed near the periphery of the photoreceptor except for the top light receiving surface. A plurality of concentric annular grooves surrounding the top light receiving surface are formed in the spherical portion. A shield cover is provided around the one surface of the sensor body to cover a skirt side of the spherical portion. Three or more swing resistance claws arranged at equal intervals are provided on the top of the shielding cover. Each of the rocking resistance claws is resiliently and selectively engaged with one of the corresponding annular grooves to make it difficult for the light receiving body to rock. The present invention is a selective engagement structure using a large number of annular grooves and an appropriate number of swing resistance claws. The swing resistance claw engages with any one of the annular grooves and resists when moving to the adjacent annular groove. For this reason,
Does not swing freely. The spacing between adjacent annular grooves defines the swing pitch. The swing is adjusted in units of the swing pitch.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The illumination control infrared sensor according to the present invention includes an infrared detection type sensor main body 10 having a built-in detection circuit. A photoreceptor 30 is provided at the top of one surface (the upper surface in the posture of FIG. 1) of the sensor body 10 so as to be swingable. The center of the swing is the support rod 19 implanted in the sensor main body 10 and the rod receiving recess 3 formed in the center of the lower part of the photoreceptor 30.
It is the intersection with 9. Top light receiving surface 32 of light receiving body 30
A spherical portion 34 along the swing direction is formed in the vicinity of the periphery except for. A large number of concentric annular grooves 35 surrounding the top light receiving surface 32 are formed in the spherical portion 34. A shielding cover 12 that covers the skirt side of the spherical portion 34 around one surface of the sensor body 10
Is provided. Three or more swing resistance claws 14 arranged at equal intervals are provided on the top of the shielding cover 12. The swing resistance claws 14 are arranged at equal intervals around the top light receiving surface 32 in the assembled state. Each swing resistance claw 14 is resiliently and selectively engaged with one of the corresponding annular grooves 35 to make it difficult for the photoreceptor 30 to swing.
The photoreceptor 30 does not oscillate without permission, but oscillates when rotated by applying an appropriate force. The present invention is a selective engagement structure using a number of annular grooves 35 and an appropriate number of swing resistance claws 14. The swing resistance claw 14 engages with any one of the annular grooves 35. When the swing resistance claw 14 moves to the adjacent annular groove 35, resistance is generated. This prevents unintentional rocking. Annular groove 35
The mutual interval defines the swing pitch, and the swing is adjusted in units of the swing pitch. A swing adjustment that is too small is meaningless in practice. Excluding such room for adjustment of the level, if the swing pitch unit can be grasped digitally, the adjustment becomes easy. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a ceiling lighting device incorporating a lighting control infrared sensor. In the figure, reference numeral 50 denotes an instrument main body arranged in parallel along the ceiling surface, and reference numeral 51 denotes a mount fixed to the bottom center of the instrument main body 50. The sensor body 10 is fixed to the mounting base 51 downward. 52 is an incandescent light bulb, 53 is the whole of which is covered from below,
This is a light-transmitting cover that is detachably fixed to the 0 peripheral portion. A hole 54 is provided in the center of the lower part of the light-transmitting cover 53, and the top light-receiving surface 32 of the light-receiving body 30 is arranged therein. Photoreceptor 30 has hole 5
A required direction is monitored via 4 and control is performed so as to prompt lighting when a person enters the area.
