公知の赤外線センサ付天井照明器具は、天井面に装着される器具本体を備える。前記器具本体を下側から覆い上端開口周縁が該器具本体の外周部に着脱自在に当接する透光カバーを備える。前記器具本体の中央下方部に配置された点灯制御用の赤外線センサを備える。前記透光カバーの下部中央に前記赤外線センサと近接し該赤外線センサの一部をカバー下方に突出させるセンサ窓を設ける。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の赤外線センサ付天井照明器具においては、器具本体に対する透光カバーの位置決めが精密でない。このため、赤外線センサとセンサ窓との対応関係が悪く、それが不自然にずれ過ぎて赤外線センサの指向性に制約を与え、あるいは商品価値を損なうことがある。
本発明は、赤外線センサとセンサ窓を簡単に的確に位置決めする構造を提案し、指向性上の制約ないしは商品価値低下の弊害を除いたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明においては、透光カバーの上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面を形成する。また、器具本体の外周部に前記逆テーパー外周面と密着する逆テーパー内周面を形成する。
以上の逆テーパー外周面・逆テーパー内周面を密着させて透光カバーないしはセンサ窓の的確な位置決めをはかる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1を用いて、本発明の実施形態について説明する。本発明に係る赤外線センサ付天井照明器具は図外の天井面に水平に装着される器具本体3を備える。器具本体3を下側から覆い上端開口周縁が該器具本体3の外周部に着脱自在に当接する透光カバー1を備える。器具本体3の中央下方部に配置された点灯制御用の赤外線センサ4を備える。透光カバー1の下部中央に赤外線センサ4と近接し該赤外線センサ4の一部40(赤外線受光体)をカバー下方に突出させるセンサ窓6を設ける。以上のような赤外線センサ付天井照明器具は一般的である。光源等の図示・説明は省略する。
透光カバー1における上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面2を形成する。器具本体3における外周部に逆テーパー外周面2と密着する逆テーパー内周面5を形成する。組立後の状態では逆テーパー外周面2・逆テーパー内周面5が密着し、そのようにして透光カバー1の位置決め、特にその水平方向に対する位置決めがなされる。その位置決めは的確であり、該赤外線センサ4の一部40(赤外線受光体)はセンサ窓6中央に位置する。

本発明は透光カバーにおける上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面と、器具本体における前記逆テーパー外周面と密着する逆テーパー内周面とを利用して位置決め精度を高めたものである。これによれば、赤外線センサとセンサ窓との位置ずれを簡単に防止することができ、位置ずれによる指向性上制約ないしは商品価値低下の弊害を除くことができる。

前記透光カバーにおける上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面を形成し、前記器具本体における外周部に前記逆テーパー外周面と密着する逆テーパー内周面を形成し、前記透光カバーの逆テーパー外周面と前記器具本体の逆テーパー内周面とを密着することにより前記透光カバーの位置決めがなされることを特徴とする赤外線センサ付天井照明器具。
