Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the tension of flooring and to prevent generation of creaking sounds by combining a number of long pieces of flooring to form a floor to be laid on a floor heating panel, cutting a number of notched grooves in the back of the flooring which are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the flooring, and filling the notched grooves with a filler having a lower density than the flooring. SOLUTION: A floor heating panel 1 has a liquid pipe 1c buried in a meandering groove 1b provided in a base 1a, the liquid pipe 1c allowing hot water to pass through it. A floor laid on the floor heating panel 1 is formed by combining a number of long pieces of wood flooring 3 made of wood plates or parquet plates. The wood flooring 3 is provided on its longitudinal and cross sides with grooves 3a going along the sides and has tenons 3b on the other longitudinal and cross sides, a number of notched grooves 3c perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wood flooring 3 are cut in the back surface of the wood flooring 3, and sawdust 4 is packed by a press into the notched grooves 3c as a filler having a lower density than the wood flooring 3. Thereafter, a cushioning material 5 such as a heat resistant material is bonded to the back of the flooring 3 to cover the lower surfaces of the notched grooves 3c.

However, the wooden floor material laid on the floor heating panel is warped by the heat from the floor heating panel. In order to avoid this, a large number of cut grooves perpendicular to the length direction of the floor material are formed on the back side of the floor material.

[0004] In addition, since the cut groove for preventing warpage requires a certain depth, the rigidity required as a floor material is reduced, and especially when used in combination with a cushioning material, the floor as a floor loses its tension. When walking on the floor covered with the floor material, problems such as bending and squeaking noise occur.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a floor laid on a floor heating panel is constituted by combining a number of long floor materials. And, on the back side of the floor material, a large number of cut grooves orthogonal to the length direction of the floor material are cut, and the cut grooves are filled with a low-density filler, and the above structure is provided. As a result, the floor material is increased in tension as much as the filling material is packed in the cut grooves, and no squeak noise is generated. However, the portion filled with the filler has a lower density than the other portions, so that when the flooring thermally expands, the expansion due to the expansion can be absorbed in the portion.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiment shown in the drawings will be described. 1 in the drawing
Indicates a floor heating panel, and the floor heating panel 1 includes a substrate 1a
In the meandering groove 1b provided in the above, a liquid passage pipe 1c through which warm water passes is embedded. Reference numeral 2 denotes a floor laid on the floor heating panel 1, and the floor 2 is configured by combining a number of long wooden flooring materials 3. The wooden flooring 3 is made of a wooden board or a parquet of small pieces of timber.

The wooden flooring 3 is provided with grooves 3a along one side surface on one side surface in the longitudinal direction and one side surface in the width direction. A tenon 3b is provided on the side surface, and a number of cut grooves 3c are formed on the back surface of the wooden floor material 3 at right angles to the longitudinal direction thereof, and the wooden floor material 3 is inserted into the cut groove 3c. The sawdust 4 is packed as a low density packing 4. For example, length 900mm, width 50m
m, a floor material 3 having a thickness of about 12 mm, a depth of 6 to 10 mm,
Cut grooves 3c having a width of about 2 mm are formed on the back surface of the floor material 3 at intervals of 10 mm, and saw chips (wood chips) 4 are mechanically packed into the cut grooves 3c by a press (not shown). Thereafter, a heat-resistant material or a nonwoven fabric or other cushioning material 5 is adhered to the back surface of the floor material 3 to cover the lower surface of the cut groove 3c.

In this case, the wooden flooring material 3 is increased in tension as much as the sawdust 4 is packed in the cut groove 3c, and no squeak noise is generated. In addition, since the portion where the sawdust 4 is packed has a lower density and is softer than other portions, when the wooden flooring 3 expands due to heat, the expansion caused by the expansion is reduced by the cut groove 3c filled with the sawdust 4. Can be absorbed.

As the filler 4, nonwoven fabric, pulp and the like can be considered in addition to the sawdust 4. In addition, wooden flooring 3
When the cushioning material 5 is provided on the lower surface of the base material, the heat from the floor heating panel 1 is hardly transmitted to the wooden flooring material 3 because the cushioning material 5 has heat insulation. Therefore, aluminum foil or other metal foils 6 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the cushioning material 5, and the metal foils 6 on the upper and lower surfaces are continuously connected to each other at least partially. Heat was transmitted to the wooden flooring 3 side. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 7 denotes a structural plywood.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the provision of the above structure increases the floor material tension and the squeak noise by the amount of the low-density filler packed in the cut grooves. There is no occurrence. However, the portion filled with the low-density filler has a smaller density than the other portions, and when the wooden floor material expands due to heat, the expansion due to the expansion can be absorbed in the cut grooves, and the wooden floor material can be absorbed. The flooring can be prevented from warping.
