Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the tension of flooring and to prevent generation of creaking sounds by combining a number of long pieces of flooring to form a floor to be laid on a floor heating panel, cutting a number of notched grooves in the back of the flooring which are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the flooring, and filling the notched grooves with a filler having a lower density than the flooring. SOLUTION: A floor heating panel 1 has a liquid pipe 1c buried in a meandering groove 1b provided in a base 1a, the liquid pipe 1c allowing hot water to pass through it. A floor laid on the floor heating panel 1 is formed by combining a number of long pieces of wood flooring 3 made of wood plates or parquet plates. The wood flooring 3 is provided on its longitudinal and cross sides with grooves 3a going along the sides and has tenons 3b on the other longitudinal and cross sides, a number of notched grooves 3c perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wood flooring 3 are cut in the back surface of the wood flooring 3, and sawdust 4 is packed by a press into the notched grooves 3c as a filler having a lower density than the wood flooring 3. Thereafter, a cushioning material 5 such as a heat resistant material is bonded to the back of the flooring 3 to cover the lower surfaces of the notched grooves 3c.

2. Description of the Related Art There is known a heating structure in which a wooden floor material is laid on a floor heating panel having a liquid passage pipe through which a heat medium such as hot water passes.

However, the wooden floor material laid on the floor heating panel is warped by the heat from the floor heating panel. In order to avoid this, a large number of cut grooves perpendicular to the length direction of the floor material are formed on the back side of the floor material.

[Claims] A floor to be laid on a floor heating panel is constituted by combining a plurality of long floor materials, and a plurality of cut grooves orthogonal to the length direction of the floor material are formed on the back side of the floor material. A wooden floor material for heating, characterized in that the cut groove is filled with a filler having a lower density than the floor material.
